I highly recommend Dr Grampp. He's the only dentist I will go to. You won't get better care or more perfect dental work than what you'll get with Dr. Grampp at Designer Dental Services. My experience with him has been everything great...Very comfortable. I've never met a more caring honest dentist than Dr Grampp and his staff. All of my work has been completely pain free and outstanding perfect dental work. He takes time for his patients, he listens really really listens and he explains everything. I used to have major anxiety even panic over going to the dentist. That no longer exists for me thanks to such the caring careful dentist he is. He loves what he does and it shows in his work, in the way he cares for and how he interacts with his patients. The hours are very convenient. Location is convenient. Pricing is most competitive. The office is clean, sanitary and very cozy. One of the first thing I noticed was there wasn't that overwhelming "weird creepy dental office smell". The entire place looks and smells very nice. For me that also helped ease my anxiety.

Dr Grammp did 10 veneers on my top teeth about 15 years ago. He did a fabulous job and they still look beautiful. I broke my front tooth over the weekend and the office called me back on their day off. They were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Grammp made a temporary tooth for me and I cannot even tell the difference between the temporary and the permanent Veneer. I had planned a trip within the next week, the office staff put a rush on the permanent Veneer so that I can have it put in before my trip. I am so impressed with the thoughtfulness, consideration, and professionalism of this office staff and with Dr. Grammp's work. I also want to mention that Dr Grammp has an amazing technique when giving the shot for numbing. It does not hurt or even pinch. I have been to several dentists over the years and he is outstanding.

I keep on writing these guys great reviews because you they are consistently GOOD! I have had some pretty bad dentists in my life, so I know whereof I speak. Dr. Grampp is a man of few words, but one of considerable experience and workmanship, and those are the things that really count. I especially like the way he would rather wait and let my own body do some of the healing where that is possible. On the other hand if is something like a bone chip, that was ruining my ability to eat, then he takes care of it right now! You get a whole lot of side benefits when you let him be your dentist! The office manager, Kathy, seem ready almost always ready to return your call when I really need something. And Bianca, the dental assistant is really interested in you as a person and how your dental treatment is going as she works with Dr. Grampp. I drive a long way to go here, so you know that they have something special to offer their patients.

My mother recommended this dental facility and I'm glad I went for my teeth cleaning. The staff are so friendly, which I really appreciate. The only downfall would be that while getting my teeth cleaned, I felt the hygentist could've been more gentle. I felt it was a bit rough and it actually hurt. Other than that, everything else was good. All the staff I encountered were friendly and that's important.
