Dr Ireland and his staff always are thorough and very friendly. They make your visit very comfortable.

Dr Ireland is a very good dentist. What bothers me is that he does the work on your teeth than your asked to pay before they even submit your claim to the insurance company .

Dr. Ireland and his staff are the best. They are always professional, efficient and kind. I have been a patient for many years and travel far from my community to Dr. Ireland because his practice provides exceptional service and the environment is family friendly. Thank you!

You guys have a very comfortable office and friendly staff. The only downside was when Doc cut my mouth open with that machine to clean in between my teeth. I was bleeding for a good portion of the day and it took about 2 days for the soreness to go away. I would just advise he be a little more careful with such a powerful tool because it can easily slice open the tender spots especially under the tongue.

I liked the jazz music. The was clean and everyone made me feel very comfortable, I'm a little nervous about going to the dentist. When Dr. Ireland talk to me and made me relax and the visit wasn't bad is I thought considering I had to get my teeth clean

Dr. Ireland‘s office is very professional, they always keep you informed about your dental appointments , About your insurance coverage and any dental recommendations or concerns. The staff is pleasant and friendly.

The staff, the doctor was very nice. I had some issues with the doctor not getting my dental records from temple, however Dr. Charles and the nurse and receptionist work with me and the doctor still did what he could for me at that time and I appreciate it so much.

Communication was great the service was great a little painful but that was to be expected.

Doctor took extra time to answer our questions and explain recommendations.

Everything went well. Wait time to be taken back for service was a little longer than usual but nothing to complain about. Office staff very friendly and professional.

Good explanation of the problem and its's olution. Receptionist/office manager great at explaining the cons of dental insurance and how I would have to wait before the procedure could be started.

I appreciate that you could change my time. Also, I got there a little early and you took me early. Dr. Ireland and his staff are terrific My only issue is that he doesn't have a hygienist and I would like my teeth thoroughly cleaned.

A little skeptical only because I dislike any dental work. However Dr.Ireland is fun and very informative. He made me comfortable from the first time meeting to the end of the root canal. Very easy to talk to and overall very nice guy along with the rest of his staff. Can’t see myself seeing anyone else unless he retires. Overall great experience.

Would prefer that you inform me of work you’re going to do prior to doing it and not at the time the bill comes in

Not happy that we got stuck with the bill because the insurance coverage was not verified before our visit. A very costly lesson!! We will have to verify coverage before our future visits.

Very good real good dentist great info good conversatiion

I had my teeth cleaned and whitened with zoom. The results were great. I have a before and after pictures but I can't upload it here. Sierra(so?)was the tech who administered the zoom and she was great!! Also had my checkup and x-rays done. Dr Ireland is great. Very knowledgeable and explains everything so I understand it. The office itself is impeccably clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Ireland!

Had a look at my cracked filling with fast service

Well I made to feel relaxed and there was no surprises in my Bill it was an emergency visit. The staff give my individual attention the offices is warm and friendly atmosphere. Earlier that day I had a family emergency, I was a little late but I never felt rushed Dr Ireland really took time out to explain my situation before and after he fixed my problem with the teeth. I'm so thankful and appreciate the entire staff.

Sad to say, but I dread dental visits. Dr. Ireland and his entire staff always seem to put me at ease. He is very patient at explaining things to me as I tend to ask a lot of questions. I want to try to understand the procedures; I think that helps to reduce my anxiety. This is a practice that I would recommend without hesitation.
