The staff were amazing; helpful, so knowledgeable and always friendly and ready to help! Dr. Durante spent very little time with me, talking or explaining anything to me. He seems overwhelmed so I give 4 stars for that n the long wait to see the dr and the extra week it took for glasses to come in. Overall, a pleasant, almost fun experience!

The optometrist was really good and knowledgable. The female staff who was taking care of my eyeglasses and checkout process looks new, she's not sure of what's she's doing, took me longer time to go. Nobody was advising what frame is better for me and what other helpful advices possible to be added for my first pair of eye glasses.

So Helpful and Such Great Prices and I love the free eye exam every dollar saved HELP.

But I wish someone would have walked me through what to expect during the appointment so I would have known whether or not to wear my contacts and if I needed to bring a case for my glasses (didn't know I was going to walk out with trial contacts on or else I would have brought a case for my glasses since I planned to do some shopping around the mall)

The only issue I have is that the lenses for progressive bifocals and with sun tint and polarized are pretty expensive, but the service is great

Everything's always been great with you guys since in can remember. Always satisfied with your services..but one of your employees behind the counter kept trying to sell me a product continuously after I kept saying I'm fine, its ok i don't need it. Got to the point where I just wanted to walk away. But besides that you guys are awesome

Doctor was very thorough found something in my eye that I did not know was there. He rechecked it in six months. Luckily no change. Staff is very nice and helpful.
