SO amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years due to no insurance and the sensitivity of my teeth. Cleanings and exams were so painful!

Just had an “emergency appointment”. I was terribly stressed out. Janelle the receptionist was sooo kind, compassionate and supportive as was the entire staff who worked diligently to fit me in! Dr Ferullo checked my mouth, took the time to explain my problem. He was really very kind and understanding. He sent me off with a big hug!

Went in for routine cleaning and ended up needing to have two fillings replaced. The Doc knows I don't like pain. He made sure it was painless. As always, Dr. Ferullo and his staff deliver first class service. If you're searching for a dentist, I highly recommend.

The service is always 5 star and Dr Ferullo has a stellar reputation among his peers. However there is one thing that could be improved on and that is timeliness. The last several appointments I've had I have had to wait 15 minutes or more in the waiting room. If my appointment Is at 12 I should be in a chair at 12. I have to punch a clock so the time out of office is at my expense and if it runs over an hour I have to take pto. Working on getting patients in at their appointment time would be appreciated. Other wise my dental appointments are a nice experience. Thank you!
