The gentleman who helped me on 2/5 was extremely helpful. He explained the warranty and if needed, a new prescription. No idea eye glasses came with a warranty. I have 30 day extended contacts. My eyes prefer to wear lenses two weeks and then discard instead of thirty days. When I picked up my contacts I said I would need to reorder more in six months. Dr. Slaytor is the best optometrist I have had over the years. He takes his time and can actually answer just about any question you might have in a really engaging way. The frame store is well run and stays current with styles. The staff always do a great job of measuring things and adjusting the frame as well as help pick a frame.

I couldn't find frames I liked at my optometrist and decided to visit Dr. Slater's office because it had the brand I like (Klik). Even though I wasn't a patient everyone was super accommodating and helped me find great frames (shoutout to Jessica). I ordered the frames on Monday and it came in on a Friday. They are conveniently open on Saturday so it's Saturday afternoon and I can see so much better now. I am really happy with my new frames. For people curious about the selection, I was very impressed by the fact the office has a unisex side and a women's side that are both equal in variety as opposed to having less options for men. Additionally, there are plastic and metal frames which is nice because now that the plastic frames are in fashion the metal frames have been harder to find.

Overall experience was good. Angelo is a very thorough professional. You should keep miraflex frames in your store. We could not see any sample frame.

You have the most wonderful staff I have ever experienced. Jessica spent so much time with me helping me to select the right frames, and when I picked them up today I was helped by another woman who was equally helpful, and a gentleman from the back who manipulated the frames just right so that I could read better out of them. If Dr. Slater is anything like his staff, I will be coming to him in the future. Thank you all so much!

I came in after having constant headaches and my girlfriend said she could see me squinting consistently. Called in and got an appointment that day everyone in the office is super professional and helpful. Ended up getting two pairs of glasses that helped so much.

The doctor/optometrist who helped me spent lots of time with me to get the exact right prescription for my glasses as my old ones were not helping as they made things appear wavy as if the floor was moving so could not use them for driving. I just picked up the new glasses and they're perfect! I can see again!! Highly recommend.

Dr.Slater was highly professional and through. He discovered an issue with my right eye and referred me to Altos Eye Physicians and they removed the membrane covering my Cornia. I was not a candidate for laser surgery and Dr. Slater set me up with nice grams and progressive lenses. It was very reasonably priced. My vision is 20/15 now... that’s amazing. Everyone in his office was friendly and caring. I highly recommend him!

Received a text that my glasses were in 5 days after my eye exam. Picking them up was a breeze. Mark was very helpful with adjusting them to a perfect fit. In addition, Mark also readjusted my Daughters glasses all within a few minutes!

The refraction exam by Dr Chi was very accurate. I knew I needed a new prescription and this one is wonderful. As for the new lenses, I am reserving judgement. I have progressive lenses and Angelo told me that the newer way the lab did the lenses increased the area of the intermediate distance focus. I find getting used to this is more of a challenge than I imagined. However, I’m sure I’ll be fine in another week or two. Thanks, Jim Tirjan

His name has slipped my mind, but the guy who did the pre-exam things for me and my 4-year-old was really great with her. She told me she would be brave, but that doesn’t always happen. He talked to her and let her see his side of the machines while he checked my eyes. Dr. Chi is always great, and made my daughter feel totally comfortable during the exam.

Eye appointment with Dr Chi was efficient and informative. I already knew which glasses I wanted so that went quickly as well. All in all a great experience.

My wife and I both have our eyes exam by Dr. Chun. Dr. Chun did a great job with the eye exam, she takes time to discuss our vision concerns and explains everything she is doing in detail. The optometry shop has an excellent selection of frames and sunglasses and the staff are friendly (especially Ryan) and provide great follow-up service like cleanings and adjustments.
