I visited Byers Dental Group for the second time in 6 months and found it to be just as pleasant as the first. I met Dr Gordon Byers for the first time and he was very friendly and professional. Each time, I have felt very comfortable there.

Really liked the hygienist, she is very thorough and made the cleaning very comfortable. Dr. John Byers is always great and I appreciate that he doesn’t push unnecessary procedures as unfortunately a few dentists do.

Each patient is a member of the Byers family from the moment your call is answered, welcomed to the examining room, to the hygienists’ and dentists’ expert care. Everyone in my family feels valued, cared for and special through the consummate professionalism, friendly demeanor of the front desk professional, billing professionals and the hygienist professionals. Each work with their hearts and above and beyond to make their patients feel important and well-cared for during the appointment. My opinion regarding customer/client/patient service is unfortunately the public is not thoughtfully approached. We are not treated thoughtfully, given personal attention with manners and you are always rushed for the next person. At Byers and Byers Dental practice, the exact opposite occurs- Fine, exceptional, outstanding service is offered to every patient, every time. No request is too small or too difficult to resolve. In fact, after I received a balance on my bill, Ellen offered to reopen the case, research and she quickly resolved my question in our favor. Ellen is always patient and kind no mater the request. Angela greets each patient with a smile in her voice and on her face. Angela is who you see, first and last, and that is always such a pleasant experience. Kathy has been a part of my dental family for many years and is a very special person and very special to my family. Kathy has helped us in many ways over the years. Ann, Tara, Megan and Nancy, who was my hygienist today, are expert in their field, offering sage advice on oral care which we follow to our benefit. They are gentle, thorough, attentive and take their time with each patient. My teeth are sparkling today, they always do when I visit Drs Byers and Byers! Cleaning was done with care taking consideration of active mouth sores. There was a delay in the start of the appointment of 15-20 minutes due to the technician being behind schedule. It would have been helpful to know about the delay when I arrived and signed in rather than 50 minutes later when I got into the chair. I arrived early but could have done an errand before the appointment if I had been informed of the delay when I arrived.

Very professional and a pleasant atmosphere in their facility. Were gracious to reschedule an appointment do to a conflict on my part. Perhaps the best dental group I have ever had. Make you feel welcome when you walk thru their door.

I was unsure about the new dental Aetna plan I bought and your manager explained how it was great for the money especially since ins. plans are paying less on procedure. Also Ann was very accommodating and Dr. Gordon was his usual cheerful self. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Everyone in your office was great before, during and after treatment. I am having no pain or pulsation with everyday activities at my seminar. However if I push on my chin I can produce pulsation which passes in a few minutes. I'm not sensitive to hot but extreme cold, like ice water is mildly sensitive.
