Always a great experience with Dr. Jenny! Aside from being an excellent dentist, she makes sure you are physically comfortable (neck / back cushion provided). She checks on how you are handling the procedure at various points throughout the procedure. Her office is beautiful and the canine assistants offer great comic relief while you are there!

The atmosphere of your office is very warm and makes one feel comfortable. And the dogs! What a wonderful idea to put people at ease. You and your staff are real artisans, as well as being technically excellent, and have a flair for what looks best on a particular person. Doctor Mihalopulos is a fantastic dentist. Her comfort dogs are even more fantastic & loving.

My appointment was moved ahead into a cancellation. The damaged crown was removed quickly and comfortably. The temporary crown is also good. She has done this kind of dentistry on me with excellent results. I expect the new crown will also demonstrate her excellent skills.

I get very anxious whenever I’m expecting anything beside teeth cleaning and X-rays. In my case, I was having crown placed for my lower left molar. Dr. Jenny did a wonderful job numbing my gums. Usually, the numbing shots hurt more than the actual work. But I could not even tell that Dr. Jenny gave me a shot. I only knew it because she had to tell me she was giving me a shot. Also, I gave TMJ which makes opening my mouth for an extended amount of time makes my jaw muscles sore.

As usual Dr. Jenny came through. She repaired my Invisalign retainers right in the office so I could start wearing them immediately

Frankly, it’s all done well... everyone is courteous, and professional, and they laugh at my attempts at humor and sarcasm. AND... they help me keep my mouth healthy!

You guys are just the bombdiggity!! That’s all there is to it. Always always do a fantastic job. While making sure this big baby is doing just fine. 💖

I was very happy with my first visit to Dr Jennifer Mihalopolus’s dental practice. The staff was friendly and highly skilled. I feel like Dr Jenni will be proactive about my dental health and this makes me feel confident about my care!

I came in Monday morning because I had a tooth ache and they got me right in right away with no appointment ahead of time.

I got a work-in appointment right away and was treated with the usual professionalism, respect and friendliness I always receive in that office.

Jenny and her entire staff has always been nothing but caring and understanding. They know that I have a certain fear about the dentist and go beyond the spectrum of making me comfortable. I love them all for giving me my smile and making me feel comfortable when I am there. Jenny has given me so much ... she has extended her greatness to my son. She has made me eternally grateful by restoring my son's smile and saving his teeth. She's a great dentist, a wonderful woman, and a good friend....i wish i could do more to show my appreciation..... I had a crown come off. When I called, the office said come right over. I did within 15 minutes and they got me fixed in not a lot longer than that. It was the usual great service, this time without even an appointment. I am grateful--and chewing better.

Stayed on time. I prefer not to have a y anesthesia. She reduced the dose after explaining why . I would still prefer to have none. It took about 4 hours to get all the feeling back

Dr Jenny is one of my best doctors and my one n only dentist. Although I moved from the Carbondale area several years ago, I continue to travel five hours round trrip for her services. She even proovides a comfort dog for kids n other hypersensitive patients.

The woman on the front desk is dour, mopey, unwelcoming. When I was paying, I stood waiting for some instruction that she was ready to go and nothing. She had been waiting for me to insert my card and I had no idea because she doesn’t speak.

Very comfortable atmosphere in the office. No pain for three crowns. Bo adds to the friendly approach of the Doctor and her assistants.
