I’ve been coming here for years and the one complaint I have is that starting a month prior to my appointment I get about 50 reminders about my appointment. Not only via text but also via email. It’s completely unnecessary! Please just send one! That is truly what is needed.

The front desk staff was very welcoming when I came in. I am terrified of dentists so I'm always very anxious before a visit. Your hygienist Bart is one of the best hygienist I've ever had clean my teeth and believe me my mouth is a mess Because of hip surgery I was unable to have my teeth cleaned for well over six or seven months so I was more than pleased at the patients and time that was taken on cleaning my teeth I always receive a full exclamation as to what the next step to repairing and replacing my damaged teeth and keeping my gums healthy I think you and the staff and you guys are second to none in service

The staff is always great. Timing used to be an issue. Now is a lot better. Congrats to the whole team for such a wonderful job!!!!

I felt great on my last visit and feel Confident the good things will Happen thanks for the way you Care about your patients .

The only thing i didn't like was the waiting time, it was longer than i espected, my appointment was chedule for 10:30 and i was seen around 11:45, and besides me there were two other patients that were complaining about the same issue... i hope you figure it out on how not to keep patients waiting for such a long time in the future...but everything else was ok.. the person who did my dental cleaning was very professional and kind and did a good job... my best regards... Dr. Tran referred me to the clinic at BMC which he said was open at 6. I was misinformed. You must call the clinic at 7 am same day to make an appointment. I missed a day of work because of this error and was still not able to be seen.

The personal is exelent and the service is above the expectations, but need to improve the location. A better place please. Handicap and mother with stroller can't access the facility. Also the parking lot is insane. No parking and streets parking only 2 hours or ticket. I believe you can do better
