Care has always been great here! I would only ask that the discussion of costs, options for care be more explained on specific care. Like type of crown material, or filling, night guards, Invisalign etc.

The girls at the front we're awesome and Dr. Yorgey was super knowledgable and friendly.

The staff was A+ as always but I did not see Dr Yorgey. I hope he is feeling better.

Very efficient and cordial

I felt the experience was overall very positive. Some extra care from the hygienist was appreciated such as vasoline to keep my lips from cracking and the extra touch of a smaller toothbrush in my to go bag as I have a small mouth. Only negative was she forgot to give me a sample that she said she would. That is minor to the rest of the care. I also liked Dr. Yorgey as he did not seem rushed and was able to answer my questions.

The hygienist was thorough, patient, and caring.

I have put a review on the New Kent Facebook group. Mom and I have both always appreciated the honesty, kindness, punctuality and friendliness of toy whole office

Not sure if my comments were submitted. As usual service was excellent. The technician even called my surgeon when she discovered I had hip surgery about 2 months prior to my visit so she could make sure I needed to take an antibiotic before my cleaning. I drive about an hour one way and will continue to do so.

I had a problem with a molar that had broken off. The office scheduled me the same day and Ken had me fixed and in and out in less than an hour. Great service.

The doctor and his staff are very friendly and he tells you the truth. He told me something no dentist has ever told me before, which in turn explained why I have had TMJ since I was 12 years old! I may need him again, but I’m actually pricing a full set of dentures! Medicine and dry mouth have wrecked my once beautiful teeth.
