I love going to the dentist if his name is Khoi Le! Darla and his staff have great customer service. My wife wants to start coming here too. She knows I am allergic to pain. Dr. Le is the best at keeping you calm and relaxed. I love my dentist Dr. Khoi Le!

Had my teeth cleaning appointment this past week with Dawn (hygienist). She was very thorough, explaining each step of cleaning. Dawn, was also very aware of how I was during my appointment. Dr Le was also very thorough. I’m very comfortable going to my appointments, know my needs will met with knowledge, compassion. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Great cleaning. A concern: infection found from using 04/2019 xrays where infection was pointed out. Did not take new shots before extraction. Also in April, I had complained of discharge and foul smell a couple teeth back. Had requested x-rays to examine area above. Tapped around but not sure about x-ray. Seems like there are gaps.

The receptionist didn't greet me, after a few minutes, i asked her to let the hygienist know I was there and she said, "yes, I saw you, they will be with you in a moment". I was upset with how she addressed the situation. I let the hygienist know and she let the DR know. They botg, the DR and hygienist, apologised for what happened and said they took care of the problem. I was satisfied with the out come and thanked them.

I was really impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. Darla greeted me immediately even though she was on the phone speaking with another patient. It was great to be acknowledged. Terry was very sweet and explained everything she was doing while taking my x-rays. I had a lot of questions and she was happy to answer them all. Then Dr. Le came in for the exam. He was very thorough and explained all the issues and possible treatments to solve them. The office was clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied! I will definitely recommend Dr. Le and staff to people in need of a dentist.

My hygienist 11/12 was nice, polite, personable and thorough. The last part is specifically important because I pay out of pocket and do not use insurance, so I like that my mouth feels so clean after a pro cleaning. Although I am poor at name recognition, she was the black haired gal in the first chair to the right. Kerri her around, she's great.

Sure, everyone was very nice and considerate. It was also so nice to go to a doctor and actually be seen on time. The dental hygienist, Dawn I think, had to deal with my teeth that had not been professionally cleaned in three years and faced that daunting task with as much gentleness as she could. Everyone thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what they were going to do and did so with consideration of my hearing deficit. All in all, I was very pleased and think I've found a dentist I can stick with in little Hollister.

My hygienist Dawn is great! She explains everything to me that she’s doing. I’ve been going to Dr Li‘s for four years now, and I’m very please with how they take care of my teeth. Their staff is very accommodating and courteous. I would recommend Dr Li’s office to anyone.

Dawn is very efficient. At the end of every visit...I always hear brush below the gums. I'm diabetic, perhaps sugar easily builds up in and around my gums. Would it be possible to do a quarterly cleaning instead of every 6 months? I know that insurance only pay for twice a year cleaning. I can pay for it out of pocket. Thank you for your time.
