You're office is extremely well run and there is a hive of activity behind the scenes that shows me that there is a strict work ethic and culture in place tht is driving the success of your operation. Personally I enjoyed your interior designs and decorations. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the well designed and manufactured office furniture and details on the walls where my daughter was getting her consultation.

Would have put 5 stars but, my experience was a bit scary. What I mean by scary is, the person treating me was not as much caring and noticeable about what was happening during my treatment. He did not see that it was hard for me to breath through my nose and that I was shaking in fear of not breathing so well. I think it was also had something to do with the chair putting my head back to far down. With plastic mouth guards preventing me from talking, I had to use hand gestures to tell him to stop what he was doing. I felt like there was something stuck in my throat and I needed to spit it out to breath better through my nose. Which I did and everything was find for about 10mins but, this time I just held on. Didn't want the guy to start over again a 3rd time. Overall, everything else was ok. One more thing, I was never told by the guy treating me, that once he puts on the mouth guards, my gums will hurt.

The fine lady who helped me was very helpful and nice as well ! Enjoyed the visit

Assistant who worked on me was clear on what was going to happen to me during the appointment. Assistant seemed comfortable and confident in what they we doing which made me feel calm. Assistant also warned me on any discomforts that I may feel during the next few weeks and informed me on ways I could prevent those discomforts.

Amazing office. So clean and so friendly! Always willing to assist. It's been a great 2 years as my son has 1 more appt until his braces get removed:)
