Had a new dental technician. Can't remember his name. DT was polite, friendly and pleasant. My only compliant is,that it took a lil longer than the usual visit. This paticular visit was to get imprints, for my retainers. All in all Dr. Lili's Doctor, DT and Asst. got the job done. I was gifted with a gift card for my incovience. I can't complain 😁 Dr. Lili's office is nice and clean. The receptionist(s) ALWAYS greet each client with a friendly Hello. Very pleasant and helpful. Making and scheduling appointments are a breeze. The technicians are well trained. At times I'm a bit nervous. But I'm in good hands. My progression with my braces, are improving and going well 😁 Dr. Lili also work with you, when your late, short or having financial issues. My experience with Dr. Lili's is a 10+. Staff look and are very professional, hospitable (coffee, hot drinks, cookies etc) and clean facility, easy to get appointments that fit my work schedule, they give students points if they don't go in with a broken bracket (which is good for me because I don't have to pay more), and they also receive points for good grades! The dental assistants explain everything clear and easy for my son and I to understand. The girl who put my sons braces on went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable since it was his first time getting braces. She also explained to my son how to brush his teeth, floss and more. She was very kind. Thank you so much for everything! I'm happy I was referred to this wonderful place!
