Nurses and staff are perfect! Doctors on the other hand really need to start acknowledging the patient. They seem to ignore the fact that they MUST interact with the patient.

I forgot the girls name that took my payment but she was very sweet and very understanding when I had told her about me being late on my payment due to me losing my job.
