The front desk staff helped me evaluate my dental insurance plans to best fit my dental needs (it’s benefit enrollment time!), and Dr. Matt helped determine a solution to reduce the thinning and chipping of my front teeth. When walking into this facility, the building look like a castle 😊 The waiting area is definitely kid friendly w/a game room an cartoons on, an a separate area for adults to enjoy w/a tv an very comfortable seats. The employee's were very nice, helpful, and friendly. The dental assistant was very sweet and eager to make you comfortable an answer any questions you may have. Seated in front of a lg picture window w/a really pretty scenery, very relaxed atmosphere. The dentist was awesome, made very sure I was comfortable an relaxed. I did not feel a thing. Which is GOOD, cuz I typically hate go'n to the dentist, like many people do. Even had a tv to watch during my procedure. I went in to have my first cavity fixed. My nurse and doctor were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor decided that he wanted to take two of my wisdom teeth out on the right side since I was already numb. So, he did. My only thing I did not like was that when I went to check out I had to pay an unexpected $243. I would have liked to know ahead of time that I would be dropping such a large amount before I had it done. I did not have that money to spend.

Dr Walker and his staff are extremely polite and friendly, in the waiting room they had some chocolate cookies but I’m on a diet so I couldn’t have the chocolate. So the wonderful staff stopped what they were doing and grabbed the cookies and started taking the chocolate chips out. It took them over 30 min to complete the task. But by the time they were done I wasn’t even hungry anymore. But still loved there costumer service attitude. When I was in the back getting my teeth cleaned, the tv was on some show on TBS and it was GREAT! My mom normally doesn’t allow me to watch anything without her but it was ok because the dental hygienist said she wouldn’t tell her I was watching the LEGO Movie. It was a great experience and they even gave a FREE toothbrush! We’re can you get a free toothbrush???? No were!!!! Just at Dr Walkers office!!! Oh and I love that Dr Walker is in the books of the most memorable quotes in America! - Most Well-known Speeches: 1. Gettysburg Address - Abe Lincoln 2. I Have a Dream - Martin Luther King 3. You Need to Floss - Dr. Walker. But overall 5 stars! Would recommend.

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist which is why I’m in the horrible shape I’m in. Dr. Walker and his staff were phenomenal at making me feel comfortable and reassuring me that I was gonna be ok. Great, fast, and painless as always. The folks up there do a great job and are always friendly. Although they fall a bit shy when trying to explain what a patient needs to do exactly to improve dental life longevity. I’ve personal found myself having to ask very specific dental questions to get direct and simple answer/suggestion. I, as a non dental professional, have little knowledge of the terminology used to describe (with accuracy) the processes or tools to describe my inquiries on how to proceed with “At Home Dental Care” or “Dental do’s and don’ts”. With that being said everything else is superb, from the lobby all the way to the dental chair. It was and most likely to continue to be a good experience.

Salt provided for my strong gag reflex and pedi size x ray cardboards for my small mouth extra care appreciated

Dr. J. Walker is fantastic at dealing with people with anxiety disorders. The dental hygienists explain procedures before they do them and make sure you're comfortable. All of the people that work in the office make a person feel comfortable and like you are a person not a patient. Very easy with me when they saw the extent of my TMJ and dental needs. The cleaning was one of the easiest I've had in a long time. The Dentist was caring also and although it was going to be alot of money for him he didn't feel he could do the work it was beyond his expertise. He is going to do the work after the malfacial surgeon gets his part of it done. Which made me feel good because I know the extent of my TMJ and dental needs are extensive. I would recommend them to anyone. All of personnel are great and very caring.

Yesterday was the first time my daughter has ever had anything more than a cleaning, and Dr. John Walker did an absolutely amazing job with her. I couldn't be more pleased with the way she was taken care of, and how accommodating he was knowing it was her first filling!

Was an amazing visit! From the second I walked in I had already had a heck of a day and I come in to smiling warm faces! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Once back the last doing my cleaning and such was very helpful with things I needed to do and the doctor was great. Everybody introduced themselves and made you feel like they cared about you and your teeth!

I was in for a root canal and they were extremely attentive to my needs and made the process seamless.
