I have been going to Dr. Readel for all of my dental needs for several years. I have never had to wait for more than five minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. They do everything so well! They treat you like family.

Got me in for an emergency visit for a crown that came off. Got me sat down and checked on right away. Would have gotten the crown except for financially unable to pay for it at the time. It would be nice if there were payment plans, but I understand not wanting to get burned by someone that set up a plan. Care credit is nice unless not any more room for that on the card. Luckily can go back to have crown replacement after get paid, but it would make budget right. Flexibility for payment would be my only recommendation for improvement.

Always feel welcome when I visit DOC and his staff’s office. Friendly, helpful , takes great care of my Dental needs . Has a great sense of humor, which places the patient at ease. When he evaluates your dental needs you can be sure what he tells you is accurate. This extends to all of his staff . Have never had a negative experience during my visits. Have been going to the DOC for a long time , and will continue to do so as long as I am above ground .

Dr. Reidel changed my whole outlook about going to the dentist! After years of pain and fear, his gentle, knowledgeable care along with his staff have changed my attitude completely! I have been going to him since he opened his practice and I hope he doesn’t retire for a long time!!!

I'm very happy with the care. It is, overall-- from the reception desk, to the cleaning technicians, to the dentist--the best dental care I've experienced. From someone like me, who has had a phobia of dental offices since a traumatic experience more than five decades ago, that would stand as a compliment!

Very friendly staff! (The hygienist copied a Readers Digest story for me that I couldn't finish!) They spent time explaining the plan; financial and Calender-wise. Dr. Readel found ancient fillings that were leaking that needed to be removed, cleaned and replaced. He discovered a root canaled tooth that needed a post, and where a cord in my lower lip was pulling down my gum below the root. Explained the bone was also receded. Thank you!

It was my first time there and it was someone emergency I broke a tooth they got me in same-day and the entire crew was outstanding and the dentist was the best his work was amazing he did a fantastic job he also repaired other teeth when he was there repairing the broken one everyone made me feel extremely comfortable I can’t say enough good things about this place great job and I wouldn’t go to another dentist ever again And not to mention the prices were very reasonable I would refer them to anyone

Very understanding about insurance coverage. My appointment was on time as always. My dental assistant explained what the endodonist procedure was. Always professional help at the reception area.

Doctor Michael Readel D.D.S was and is the best dentist I have ever been to. And of course he and his wonderful staff make one feel at ease and comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Readel for your dentistry needs.

I have been fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Reidel’s for 17 years. My son,daughter and Mom, Brother have also been seen and all of us have had great care, concern and excellent dental care! Dr. Readel and his Staff Evaluated, and designed / Fabricated a new Small Lower Partial for me ! My old partial was Military Issued 1995 🤣 ! So much effort and work went towards my Satisfaction 😏 ! His Team has also completed much of my Implant and Bridge Work with great Satisfaction 😊 !

I chipped a tooth and was offered to get in to see Dr Readel the following day. Unfortunately, I had a prior appt., so the staff got me in the next day. I was in and out in thirty minutes! The staff and Dr Readel are extremely polite and professional! I highly recommend his, and their services!

An add in a monthly curricular paper that advised a crown for a tooth for $850. I figured that that was a good price so I made a appointment.

Well, I was a walk in. Totally don't like going to the dentist but I had a pain. Front desk was very kind and understanding, said the Dr had time to check things out. After exam and xrays and my nervousness setting in, was given prescription for antibiotics and scheduled for treatment next week. I appreciated the calm kind care I was given. And very grateful to be seen. Thank you!!!

He is friendly and professional. He has done several crowns and is able to complete them in one visit. When I'm done, I always have a chat with Robin about hers latest home project. Wonderful friendly atmosphere. My chipped crown was replaced in one day. No impressions no temporary crown. All high tech. Crown replacement was easy. The longest I have waited in this office is 10 minutes. Senior discount helps too. Cleanings are comfortable and thorough. My gums and teeth are in great shape. I tell my Seattle family they should fly over here to see this Dentist, they would not be unhappy.

Checking was quick and friendly. Staff does great job at putting me at ease as I’m very nervous about all medical/ dental work. Everything is explained to me before it’s done. No surprises. Would highly recommend!

I started going to Dr. Readel almost twenty years ago before I had children. Now, I take my three children with me and we all get cleanings and check-ups together! The staff are wonderful and my children look forward to their semi-annual check-ups! Dr. Readel knows how to make them feel at ease and they are very comfortable around him.
