Dr. Mike Pilar has helped me a great deal with my migraines. I was able to stop using one of my blocker medicines as result of his appliance. I haven't had a migraine in weeks. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Pilar makes the orthotic right on the spot. I did not have to wait for it to come back from the lab. Had it the same night as my office visit. Was so glad because I finally had a good nights sleep waking up in the morning feeling relaxed with no tension in my face and neck.

I love my oral splint. I think it is helping my facial muscles relax. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover anything so the procedure and treatment are very expensive. I will consider the laser therapy in the future when my current financial situation changes. Hopefully the oral splint continues to improve my symptons!
