Bonnie had a very good appointment. Her extraction was pain free and much easier than she thought. Dr Lam and his staff were very kind and caring for Bonnie. We are very pleased with the service we were provided.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Faridi. He is always friendly, courteous but professional and knowledgeable. The staff are always pleasant and actually seem please to see you. No one enjoys going to a dentist’s office but this one is tolerable. Both offices are worth going to.

I appreciate the knowledge relayed & demonstrated by the dentist, and the friendliness of the staff which is why I gave you all 4 stars, but the wait times are extremely too long. On my last appointment that was scheduled at 10:30, I waited 30 minutes before being called to the back. My vitals were taken immediately, but I didn’t see the dentist until almost noon, & the actual procedure wasn’t performed until almost 1 pm. In addition, the procedure was a little more painful than expected, since my mouth didn’t numb up as much as the detntist anticipated. As such, he had to keep numbing my mouth throughout the procedure. On my first visit, I had to wait almost an hour before being called to the back. I would prefer to be scheduled at the time the dentist will actually be available. After my post-op check up, I’m not sure I’ll return or recommend this facility to anyone else.

Everything was wonderful follow up a critical element of the entire procedure. Went extremely well no problems from start till finish.

It was a very nice surprise to get a personal call the same day from Dr. Peter to check how I was doing. I appreciate the attentiveness of my recovery. They were so nice to squeeze me in several days after when I thought I had an infection. It was a huge relief that it wasn’t & that I was healing in the right direction. I was amazed on how fast and detailed they were with the results. They have explained to me very clearly on how to manage and maintain clean sockets after the surgery. I was close to having nerve damage due to my root of my wisdom teeth caving close to my nerve line near my jaw. Gratefully my teeth were removed 100% with nothing left behind and no nerve damage. Although they informed me before hand due to my sever possibilities, they still attentively proceeded with my proceejure leaving me off with awesome results and a happy patient. Thank you Dr. Lam for everything! Highly recommend.

Very comforting and sociable environment. Made surgery less nerving and as comfortable as possible for me. Staff was very thorough with details and explanations for surgery, recovery, etc. and was very polite and kind as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lam and his staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I was having terrible tooth pain. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. The waiting room was super nice , clean , and comfortable with a TV and magazines to read. Once I went in and was getting prepared for oral surgery, all the staff in the back were very professional, yet very warm. Had a great experience all around and I have given references to family & close friends. Area's to improve on would be billing. We experienced several glitches during our 1. 5 years. They eventually all worked out. Just office errors loosing our credit card information on two separate occasions, and one error in an appointment time which cost me about 45 min.
