Something has changed for the better. I've always had morning appts. And they always seemed to run late. But this time was different. It was on point. It was great. Even though I had my eyes dilated and had to wait for that, it all seemed to run rather smoothly. Great job!

I walked in and the waiting room was full. Staff very friendly and welcoming. When my appointment was over there was no one waiting. I thought to myself. ," Wow they took care of all those patients." I wouldn't be surprised. Very efficient run office and Dr. Sato was kind and playful with my 9 year old.

Had a good visit, Dr Sato was great and so was the girl who took the information. One complaint though, tried calling the office numerous times yesterday but no one answered. I actually just called three times but no answer, so had to leave a message.

Dr . Sato and all of his staff were wonderful. Seth is non-verbal and severely autistic so it’s often very difficult to get through the needed appointments with him. He’s always moving and hard to engage but the doc was amazing. He was patient and knew all the right things to do to grab the fleeting attention of such a challenging little boy. He made noises and other distractions and that what Seth will focus on. Dr . Sato gets my little one. Thanks so much. You made my day a lot easier. 🙏

all right I had no complaint about anything

The staff was very kind to my son Christopher Stern and to me as well...his mother. They also are very knowledgeable. I trusted them. They work so efficiently with Dr. Sato. What can I say about Dr. Sato...I feel like my son is in such good hands...I feel blessed to have such a good doctor for my son. The only thing that was ever so difficult for me was how long we had to wait. My son when frustrated is self injurious...with his fist, he will hit side of his head and hit his chin able to cause bleeding -he hits very hard.

While I thoroughly trust the doctor's abilities and was satisfied with his manner during examination, I wish more time and explanation was taken for my son's condition. I was told he needed glasses, but no specifics were shared including where to get them. A bit more attention should be paid to the prescription side of the visit.

The staff are nice. Dr. Sato is very thorough. He is an excellent doctor. I did feel rushed . I want to understand what is going on with my son's eyes and I have questions that I want answers to. I may need an explanation in order for me to have a full understanding. I deserve this and it is vital that I have absolutely all information where it concerns my son....he completely relies on me for everything. If I am to take care of his well being, then I need to have an understanding. I did not feel that there was time for my questions or the patience to listen and answer them. Again, he is an excellent doctor and I completely trust my son's eye care to be in Dr. Sato's hands. The doctor that Sam Sato is speaks volumes over bedside manners.
