Dr. Sam Sato is a well respected and knowledgeable doctor. He is also a person of little words. Ask questions to get answers! His office staff (most but not all) at both locations have a lot to be desired! I’ve been ignored at exit time, not given information because I missed key words when asking questions and had to tell how to charge my vision plan when I pay a deductible.

I have been a patient of Dr. SATO since 1987 when I was the victim of a head I just at work which affected my vision for a few years after. With his care I came to know his skills and trusted his abilities be auae while there really wasn't anything to do with the impact of the injury on my vision with his diagnosis I was able to receive supportive care. Interestingly, today The focus problems that plagued me them are totally resolved and at 66 I have 20-20 vision. Some of that I attribute to steering clear of pharmaceuticals and seeking good nutrition and the supportive care of this excellent physician. I take my autistic granddaughter to him now so she can benefit from his care. Stay well Dr. Sato we are patients for life!

Truly trust Dr Sato medical opinion. He is an excellent doctor, he treated me as a child and now as an adult. He has seen it all and the top in his field.

It was our first time being there so we didn’t really know what to expect for our toddler. We walked away feeling ok with his diagnosis and will have to follow up. It would have been nice to be informed just where we would be able to get his glasses and not hop around until we could a place that actually had a larger selection in choices. We got him two pairs of temporary until we get a final prescript so we can invest in the better quality for his age.

The staff was very kind and thoughtful. Dr Sato is very quick and to the point. Staff made us feel very at ease. Made us laugh..

Morning! There was some confusion and delay with my referral from another doctor’s office, but once cleared up, I was given an appoinment within a week. Dr. Solomon was thorough, focused, and straightforward with information and diagnosis. Staff was friendly and competent. I was impressed by the consistency of the follow up phone calls and appointments. Dr. Solomon related to call him at anytime for further consultation if needed. I am appreciative of his personal approach to my situation.

My visit was just a rescheduled appointment

I was never handed my prescription when I left. Not too big of a deal. Nothing changed with the Rx, but if I need a new pair of glasses, I will need that paper. Wait time at the Ina location was minimal. BIG change from the Campbell location.
