I want to say thank you for the thorough examination yesterday. I am very frustrated that my previous dentist who I have been going to for many years never gave me such an exam. And now I have to seek periodontal treatment. By the way when I got home I checked my records and I had my last deep cleaning in March. Although I've come to understand Dr. Shuff hasn't been giving me deep cleanings at all but I have been paying for them . All your staff is very professional and helpful. Galvan opened the office on the day before Thanksgiving, which fit my crowded schedule. Kathy and Michelle were very cordial and we discussed etymology, books vs devices, holidays and other esoteric subjects. Michelle also praised my teeth maintenance results, so I am well pleased.

Dr Galvin did a good job of carefully and clearly explaining what work I need done and why he recommended a certain procedure. Many dentists do not take the time to do this. I appreciated it.

I enjoyed coming to the dentist knowing that they would take care of me. She explained and shared what i need to do to keep up with my teeth. It is very helpful to know where my status on my teeth as well. Thank you.
