Our appointment was a wonderful experience. I especially appreciate the receptionist efforts and patience at my constant changing of appointment dates and times due to my time in taking care of my mother who suffers from dementia.

Dr. Hentosz is number one. I never had to wait more than 5 minuets for any of my appointments. The front desk receptionists were fantastic in making you feel comfortable. The other staffs members were very professional and new their stuff as well.

Everyone is always nice

Just concerned since my daughter has same name (spelled differently) and last name of another child that info or files may get mixed up. Last time the nurse said my daughter needed X-ray's but she didn't, it was the other child. This past appt I asked for bands and receptionist seemed confused since she was looking at the other child's files.

Appreciate the appointment accommodation to work alongside with my orthodontist appointment. As usual staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My hygienist is thorough and professional while managing to make me feel completely at ease.

My last visit took longer than usual to re-glue my bracket (which was uncomfortable) but other than that my visits are all good.

As in the past, I have always been treated with the respect, friendliness by both the receptionist and all other associates have been extremely cordial. I really like that Dr. Hentoz has very good patient manners.
