It's always a very pleasant experience when I come to your office. The doctors and staff are always friendly and courteous. I haven't been coming here for over 40 plus years because I don't like it here, I come because I actually enjoy it. See you in September, or October!

Everything was great from the friendly greeting upon arrival right through to checking out. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that I was in to see the doctor almost immediately with very little wait time.

Customer service was great. I was taken back to see the doctor on time. He explained everything throughout the visit on what he was doing. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Dr Brutto was great. The billing at the end was disjointed. She did not seem to know what she is doing. She charged me an estimated amount. Not fully confident the billing is correct. I will be reviewing that when I see the invoice.

I was recommended by a friend and co-worker it was my first visit. Dr. Brutto and his staff were amazing. Very informative and made me feel comfortable. It was a great visit. I would highly recommend my family and friends.

I would have given 5 stars however I did not like the new check out procedure with optician. First I had to wait about 10 minutes as he was with another customer, while the girls at the window were not busy. I was concerned about my meter running out and felt as if I was going to be intimidated into buying glasses. This is not making the customer needs a priority. The optician was apologetic and friendly and did not try to push selling glasses to me. I have no vision insurance and am paying $1000 out of pocket for my medical with a $7500 deductible while living on my husband's disability income. I had to quit my job to care for him. I have to try to save money where I can. I understand this is a business and you are trying to sell glasses. The optician did mention a 30% discount for AAA members which was good to know. I wish you had prices readily visible on your glasses and the costs for add ons like anti-glare, transitional lenses, etc. Perhaps if you arranged your eye glass display in visible price groupings that would be helpful. This way people wont fall in love with a pair of glasses outside their budget. I am the type of person who likes to shop by myself without being bothered, but have someone readily available to answer questions or facilitate the purchase if and when I am ready. I am only sharing my opinion with the hope of providing insight to how others may also feel.

I would recommend Dr Brutto to anyone. The only issue I had was the excessive fee for a “ contact fitting”. I still do not understand what that is. All I wanted was to order a new supply of lenses.

The new way you're doing payment is kind of strange. In the past I just walked to the window and paid for my contacts right away. This time I had to sit down at a table and wait while the man helping me did all the math and explained every part to me before then going to the window and paying for the same contacts I get every year. I'm not sure what purpose this intermediary step served. It took around 20 minutes between when my exam was over and I was able to leave, when before it would take 5 tops.

We are extremely satisfied with the doctors and office staff. However, this past visit was a Saturday morning and the office seemed understaffed for the amount of appointments and walk-in clients.

I have been seeing Dr.Goundie for 30 years. My daughter had her first eye exam with Dr. Goundie. He is always friendly and very patient and kind.

Exam is always thorough and efficient and Dr. Goundie listens and fully examines all concerns. Bob and the glasses team are always super helpful and efficient. They provide the right level of opinions and assistance.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Goundie since he took over the practice from Dr Wolfe. I would not go to another eye Dr unless he referred me. Dr Goundie is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely! I’m a young 69, have worn contacts since 18 and have had no problems under Dr Goundie’s that he couldn’t fix! Thank you Dr Goundie!
