My visit to Drs. Gundersen and Zuker’s office is always a pleasant experience. The office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Gundersen explains the eye exam in an easy to understand and professional manner. He never rushes through the exam and also takes the time to answer any questions that I may have and is always very friendly.

Very relaxing environment. No large crowds or overwhelming waiting areas. Pleasant lighting. Dr Gunderson is very patient and gives you the opportunity to express concerns.

Great place to get kids eye exam. Eyeglass fitting thorough with instruction on cleaning lenses, important for 8yr old also follow up appts made.

We eere not in the eaiting room long. We were welcomed, sat down and read current papers while the patient in front of us signed in, discreetly. The staff was effecient, knowledgeable and worked with us on products within our price range. Dr. G was patient and explained proceedures as he worked. We would highly recommend this office.

Pleasant visit. Everyone enjoyable and helpful. Dr. Hanna cares about me as a person, not just a patient (and good memory!) Only concern is with the person doing the original procedures. She was very pleasant but called me "dear" and other terms of endearment. This is just a personal preference, but I dont care for that (feel like I am being talked down to). I know some people like this (my friends from the South say they expect it). Just a personal thing.
