Im still waiting for the office to clear up my portal account so that I can use it. I notified them of the problem, but no one has taken the time to call me back, as promised.

Seeing Doctor in August for a follow up surgery went well

First Surgery was very good with no problems... A wait (6) weeks before able to schedule other Eye surgery..Felt that it was a long wait...

Technician was on her toes and allowed me to also check vision correction of first cataract since I opted for mono vision IOLs. Dr Lam was superb as usual. Thank you for caring.

My appointment was on time - no waiting. The nurses were friendly and efficient and Dr Gupta was very caring and informative about the procedure. And because I knew what to expect at the outpatient surgical center the operation was not at all frightening. In fact I don’t remember much about it at all. Thank you to all who were involved in the procedure

The patience of the staff is great the hospital people that called to set up surgery it was difficult to have them understand that I can not transfer and they had to get a Hoya lift they did after some difficulty but they were good

I phone most of the people they’re very pleasant and I like Dr Lam I must say there is one gentleman tech that whenever I have been in there and had him before seeing a doctor I find him a bit unpleasant. I will tell the good and the bad when I am reviewing

Staff extremely gracious and efficient. Dr. Lam goes above and beyond his service to patients - gives his full attention to the needs of the patient and clearly communicates his services as they are performed. Welfare of the patient is clearly his objective.

No one likes to have a procedure, especially on their eyes. It took me years to finally do this. Because of the special care and consideration by everyone at DuPage Ophthalmology it couldn’t have gone better and I am now blessed with beautiful eyesight.
