Dr.Manns has been my Dentist for 20 or so years. He and his staff always make a sincere effort to make you comfortable and the experience as easy as possible, I am so glad to have them care for me.

Dr. Mann and his staff took care of my dental problem almost immediately, getting me into a dental chair within fifteen minutes though I had no appointment. I am thankful for the efficient and courteous staff and how friendly and professional Dr. Mann is.

This was my first appointment at Durango Dentistry and I highly recommend Dr Mann and his team. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very calm and comforting. My exam was very thorough and explained completely. Great care!

I can’t find a thing you did wrong!

The woman who did my fetal cleaning and inspection was very pleasant and seemed very thorough and professional. She recommended “deep cleaning” of the upper left side of my mouth which is presently scheduled for next Wed, Nov 6th @ 8:30 am. However, I have some concerns about that as I’ve heard some personal horror stories about such a procedure resulting in serious infections, and I want to discuss this with my dentist (Greg Mann) before my appt on Nov 6 TG. Great office, I got in at my scheduled time for a cleaning. The tv's and head phones were a great distraction from having my teeth picked at. Dr. Mann was very informative of future needs. The staff was great and got me set up for additional work and the next 6 month cleaning.

My appointment was with my hygienist for cleaning but the problem I was having needed Dr. Mann’s attention and he was able to see me in a short time so I didn’t have to come back! Problem was solved😃

Clara again did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I have a suggestion for both Clara and Dr. Mann. The lights they had on their glasses/foreheads were very bright in my eyes when they faced me. It prevented me from seeing their eyes while we talked, and the brightness was too great and was uncomfortable for my eyes. Maybe they could turn those lights off while talking to patients. Thanks!

It was a good visit however I thought someone was going to get back with me on the cost of the follow up deep cleaning and whether or not my insurance would cover it and I have not heard anything. I would love to have that information. Thank you!

We having been going to Dr. Mann and his team for years. The experience is always a good one. The efforts they make to enhance not just the treatments but the whole experience are so appreciated. For example I used to hate getting my teeth cleaned. But with the massage chair, the music selection, the sunglasses the option nitrous oxide makes it feel more like a day at the spa!. Fran, the hygienist,, has the warm of an old friend. More importantly is her professionalism. She recently reviewed my history and strongly encouraged me to have x rays and see Dr. Mann when I was reluctant to do so. (Did not want exposure to x rays, incur the cost and I had no symptoms.) Sure enough even though it did not show up on the x ray, Dr. Mann found a tooth that was in jeopardy of cracking. Thanks to Fran, Dr. Mann and the whole team for their good work .

Nikki was very patient with my sensitivities, including low threshold of pain, gagging reflex, tender gums and recent problems with choking on my saliva, coughing and gasping to breathe! No detail of customer service has been overlooked by Durango Dentistry: from the moment you walk in to the doors and are greeted by the front desk people, to the hygienist (Kelly) who took great care of me (kind and gentle, checking to see how I was doing in the midst of the cleaning), to Dr. Owen sitting with me and helping me with a treatment plan -- is it possible to say that "going to the Dentist" is a positive experience, rather than the usual negative experience so many have had? Yes! Professional, courteous, kind and caring - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great visit, front desk was super accommodating to fit me in as a patient who's never been seen before but having bad tooth pain. Dr and hygienist were fabulous and very thorough. They were right about what was going on, even though I had a hard time believing at first. Will be back as a new patient this fall :)

I buy clothes from an online company. They send emails notifying me of sales. They are up to no less than one email every day. That has risen to the level of harassment and has become counterproductive. I would suggest that you give some consideration to the quantity of emails, texts, and phone calls reminding us of appointments. Granted, missed appointments are costly, but there is a point where the reminders become oppressive.

Everyone in the office is always professional and friendly. They went out of their way to change an appointment for me due to a last minute glitch on my part. This is the only dental office in Durango I am actually happy to go to.
