I was so thankful for the sweet support of the assistant who was helping with my procedure and follow up appointment. I feel horrible that I’m drawing a blank on her name:/ She was so kind as I was struggling to get numb and having a bit of anxiety during my procedure. Hi, my first visit. Nice staff. I am disappointed that you don't have synsedyne toothpaste. My previous dentist could supply samples no problem. I don't like Crest and it doesn't help my sensitive teeth.

The cleaning went really well, she was fast and efficient.

I have had my teeth cleaned there for the last 15yrs. Usually after polishing, they use a threader and floss under my bridge, plus make sure that the floss passes in between all the teeth. The tech did not floss my teeth at all. Is this a new procedure or is she not trained properly.

Outstanding dental office

Michelle is so gentle that she has relieved my fear of dental cleanings and the staff always greets us by name and make us feel welcome. Also I appreciate that both Michelle and Dr Jeff always check often to make sure I am doing ok and not uncomfortable. They are very caring and make the experience very low stress.

It was the first time that I visited with the new hygienist and I liked her as a person and as a hygienist. I felt like I got a thorough cleaning quite honestly one of the best I had she offered me a couple products that would enable me to get to some difficult spots one being a smaller toothbrush and to being a new flossing pic with the rubber tips I would recommend your business

Always a great experience!

At first I wasn’t comfortable with having my dental hygienist replaced without my knowledge, especially a couple of months prior to my appointment , with my gum disease I have pain when scraping is done so energetically around my bridges. The pain subsided after a day and a half and swelling too, as I rinsed with salt water every couple hours and thru the next day. I am going to be more careful about using my dental pick after every meal if possible and see if it makes a difference. I was worried because I have never had that much pain and bleeding around my bridge on left side before, but it could have been my own deteriorating gum health. I will be more comfortable with Michelle as she helped deep clean my gum tissue in the beginning along with Karen, I am more comfortable and prefer a slower and more meticulous scraping around my sensitive bridge and gum area, I am not comfortable about changing dentist office as of now. I recently had damage to a tooth and was able to be seen right away. And even though I showed up a half an hour early because I thought my appointment was earlier than it actually was, I was seen in short order and was able to get the problem fixed and be on my way to work in time.
