The guy who performed all the tests on me was going to ask the doc about the bags under my eyes and then get back to me. He never did.

I love how throughly Dr. Ruckman evaluates his patients. I was having problems with my contacts and made an appointment to get them checked a few days later. My only concern this past visit was he thought I was there for a glaucoma check.

Dr. Ruckman always takes time to explain things and discuss options. Everyone in the office treats us like people who matter.

You did good. Your exams are thorough. If it had not been from a previous exam by Dr Ruckman. I would have had an problem that would have been detrimental to my sight. So a belated THANK YOU.

Feel free to share this! Gary has been seen by more eye doctors than I can remember. Dr. Tuchman was by far the best. He was thorough and never rushed. He was quite nice and fun. The appointment actually started early. Whaaat? Lol The office staff was personable and knew their job. Here is the bottom line, I can see again. I was worried that might not happen. I am looking forward to not having dry eye symptoms anymore. I am going nowhere else. My highest recommendation!

Very thorough eye exam , but possibly some better medicine drop with shorter term eye dilation could be used as I was uncomfortable with the dialated eyes and even a light sensitivity headache for 2.5 hours still after leaving the office!!!

I recommend this Eye exam office, for the simple fact that the Doctor is young,whipsmart,and knows his business.He has all the latest eye exam machines used for detecting problems in the eye. The only area that needs improved on is......Do not automatically assume I will buy glasses from you. The staff is trained to talk to you as if you are going to buy thier glasses. It makes me uncomfortable for a doctor or office staff to assume that. Every dollar counts,Thier prices are not outrageous, but still alot more than others.I always have a choice, but would like to make it myself.

What a fabulous and friendly staff. I came in as a first time patient not knowing what to expect. I was visiting from out of state. The staff treated me like I had been there a thousand times. So knowledgeable and warm and friendly. The doc is awesome too! I had a wonderful comprehensive exam and left with a beautiful script. Couldn’t recommend any place higher! Keep up the exemplary performance! Oh and give ALL your girls a dollar raise across the board! They deserve it! Seriously!

The staff is always kind, professional and willing to help. Dr. Ruckman is very knowledgeable and uses cutting edge technology and diagnostic tools. My personal perscription for contacts was rare and Dr Ruckman and his staff had no problems with follow ups to make the vision and fit of my contacts just right. I tried at least ten brands of contacts and didn't pay a penny extra. They tackled my dry eye problems too! My family has gone to his office since he moved his practice to Nevada and have been happy ever since!

Dr R always does a thorough job on examination. Found an eyelash that had to be pulled as growing wrong way (very irritating) He also put me on a RX for dry eyes My only suggestion would be if he came into the exam room and said something like "I chris how are you doing?"

This was the most relaxed visit I have had in awhile. Everyone was in good spirits and I enjoyed myself.

Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, which made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. The staff was also organized and communicated well, especially in regards to their eco-friendly filing system (which I found amazing). The place ran smoothly from start to finish, and left me with nothing to complain about.

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly, and Dr. R even laughed at my jokes! Spent more $$$ than intended but looking forward to my super new specs! My only complaint is the appointment took way too long. 9:10 appt. and got out at 10:45!

Only problem was when getting my eyes checked with the Dr., two of the nurses were talking while the exam was going on and the Dr. had a hard time hearing me or the Dr. he had to repeat questions to me several times.

Super knowledgeable staff

My previous feedback was garbled because I added information later and accidentally hit submit. Pls discard and replace with this. My appt was my yearly comprehensive exam. Dr discussed thoroughly my cataracts and answered all my questions. But I left there not having been told about the overall health of my eyes, i.e. macular degeneration, peripheral vision, etc. Also tests were performed and I was not told the results of a retina test or optic nerve test other than that the cataracts were thought to have interfered with the quality of the images. Technician Brianna was doing the tests instead of the Dr, so she was not qualified to comment on the results. I am not the type of patient who is satisfied with 'no news is good news'. I believe it best to be informed and know the condition, good or bad, of all aspects of my eyes. I called the office and was told that i will be getting a call back. Thanks for reading.
