Everything was great however they gave me the wrong prescription for the glasses. My daughter is 5 and they gave her a Prescription for a woman who needed bifocals that was 85 years old. 😳I drove from the eastside to the west side to get the glasses and I wasn’t able to get them I had the wrong prescription so it was an inconvienience.

Always enjoy going to see Dr. Caballero. The staff is always friendly as is the doctor. Everything is always explained to me and no questions asked seem to be a bother to the staff ever. The staff in the optical section are top notch and always helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad i found thia place z keep up the good work!

I call Dr office letting them know I was worried about what I was experiencing in my eye they immediately told me to come in they made me an appointment. As soon as I got there dr. Caballero was great and made me feel better he was very caring and maded me feel relaxed. He answered all my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on . The staff is great and inviting. If you need to see an eye doctor dr. Caballero would be the one you should choose if you want excellent service, nurses and the office staff always make you feel welcome. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr Caballero performed assessment on left eye with dye for inspection, and dilated left eye . Abrasions found on cornea and eye surface. Tobramyacin drops were prescribed. Feeling much better now. Vision has restored from blurriness.

The exam part of our visit was pleasant, when we went to order our eyewear the personnel there pulled out the wrong insurance coverage that we had and tried to overcharge us. We left the office and told them we would look elsewhere for our eyewear. This is the second year in a row that they pull out the wrong insurance coverage. We won’t go back there for any eyewear purchases. They don’t know what they are doing
