Everyone from the front desk clerks, to the dental assistants and Dr. M was very nice and personable! They explained the whole process from the beginning to end. Dr. M even gave me her personal cell phone number to let her know the next day how i was feeling. If that isn’t great customer service then i don’t know what is! Kevin her assistant was also very nice and professional! Would definitely recommend them!

You took the extra step to do a blood pressure check and it turned out mine was high. I didn’t know I had hypertension so it was lucky I found out and could get treated! Dr. M. was genuinely concerned and kind, and followed up. She is a great endodontist. Last time I needed a root canal, she was able to save my tooth. This time she was able to save my crown.

Having a root canal is never pleasant but I have had 3 root canals at Endodontics of Maryland. Dr. Mirchandani is very caring and just puts me at ease. She and her entire team take such good care of me and ensure that I’m okay before I go home.

Dr. Mirchandani is a wonderful Endodontist to do the procedure and take care of your teeth but that's her job. However, most important part is that she explains in details on the condition of the teeth before doing the procedure so as a patient you are rest assured that you are in good hands!.

It was all well, I was surprised how long it took but the doctor was doing a good job, letting me know what going on since I am hearing impaired and wonderful staffs too.

My appointment wasnt perfect. I was late due to traffic and a tech called out sick. Dr Mirchandani anticipated my needs because she took the time in previous appointments to get to know me. She never kept me waiting and told me what to expect. I was there longer than expected but that was fine with me. I was treated like an guest in her home.
