I would definitely recommend this office for your eye care. The doctor was super sweet and really thorough with exam. The girls upfront also generously helpful and welcoming. As far for frames, I wish they’d have more of a selection. They had very few to select from but found a cute pair that worked! Thank you Dr Ventocilla’s office

Front Office: Sandra, Jennie and Vickie makes that office! They are the reason I return , it is ashame that Dr. Ventosilla doesn't practice at this office. He only owns and visits, I hope they bring a optometrist that we can comfortably call my doctor.

I've been a customer of this practice since Dr. Delgado was the owner. The front staff are the main reason I keep going back. They are sweet, helpful, accommodating, and offer great customer service. I also have really enjoyed working with Dr. Thompson. She's thorough, listens to your concerns, offers helpful suggestions, and offers great customer service. It's unfortunate that she may not return after maternity leave. I also liked Dr. Ventocilla when he was there. The past few male doctors I've seen after Dr. Ventocilla left were pretty disappointing and rude in my opinion (I forgot their names). They lacked soft skills and didn't seem to fit with the culture of the organization. I'm hopeful the office will find a good fit and replacement after Sr. Thompson's exit.
