Doctor Hartman was amazing. His office was only taking emergencies of patients. I called with major tooth pain and not being a patient asked if I could still see someone. My mother had referred Doc. suggesting I call him. He called me right back and said that he'd being willing to see me. Doc was very gentle and understanding of my situation. They are amazing at Evergreen Dentistry.

Willow is my 3 year old daughter and this was her third visit. I have been nothing but impressed with how each visit has gone. Thank you for making this a great experience for her! You are the best!

This is Willows mom, Jamie. Willow is two and it was her first visit to the dentist. I knew a bit of what to expect at your office as I have been going there for years, but I was still a little nervous about how it would go with Willows first visit. I was blown away by the patience, kindness, and care you showed my daughter. Kayla, (I believe was her name - I apologise if not) explained everything she was doing to my daughter, like why she was putting a mask on, and she continuously asked Willow questions before she did anything. Never once did my daughter seem frightened in any way. And Kayla and Dr. Hartman reassured my husband and I, that we were doing a good job and her behavior of not letting them really see her teeth was normal for her age. I am so grateful for the kindness and service you showed my entire family today. You all are wonderful and I can't wait to tell others about my amazing experience there!

Dr. Cortis is very through and tells you exactly what's going on and how to fix whatever you need to work on. I appreciate the honesty and the friendliness of everyone there. Sarah is my tech and she's extremely good at cleaning my teeth and putting up with my gag reflex. She's also a wonderful person and always makes me feel at ease.

You got me right in to see Dr C which I greatly appreciate that because tooth 30 was giving me some discomfort. I was a little taken back by the fact that I was charged $128 dollars for the Dentist to smooth out a filling she had already worked on and evidentially was too high which was part of the reason tooth 30 was aching. I know part of the charge was for an xray. The tooth is now too sharp and is cutting into my tongue. Tooth 30 is not as bad as it was but it still aches on occasion and is sensitive to cold. I’ll probably call the referral before the end of the week to have it checked out. Thanks for getting me in to see DrC on such short notice. I appreciate it.

Kayla provided one of the best cleanings I've had in a long time. She was able to effectively remove the tea/coffee staining I've noticed on my lower front teeth and did an amazing job on everything overall. One tiny suggestion: I've been coming to this office for over 40 years and it definitely feels like home. I'd prefer to be called by my first name as opposed to "Ma'am" during my appointment. I know Ma'am is a term of respect, but it also is quite impersonal. I'm totally OK with being called by my first name by anyone in the office. Thanks for continuing to do a great job--we love our dentist office!

Miss Charlotte is AMAZING! Truly appreciate her sincere interest in explaining all options, pros and cons, and walking me through my specific situation via tv screen. Growing up, my friends were terrified of going to the dentist. However, my dentist and hygienist we're gentle, friendly, patient and properly prepared me for any work done on my teeth. After he retired, I felt lost and dreaded ending up with one of my childhood friend's dentist🤔 Fortune was mine though, as I came across Dr Cortis online. Reviews were point on...she makes you feel like you are part of her family! That's exactly what the atmosphere resembles. Staff and hygienist all positive and pleasant. I was so sold on Dr Cortis, that I changed over my 90 and 89yr old parents from their 20+yrs at their dentists over to Dr Cortis! Both had reservations going end, but they were quickly replaced by insurance that they were in good hands!
