I did not make my appt yesterday. Unfortunately I was in the ER with nausea and high BP. However all my trips to the eye specialists enjoy wonderfully knowledgeable technicians who are kind with any disabilities one may have (I have several). Dr Nassar is a genius. He removed a cataract and put in a corrective lense that gave me vision without glasses I haven’t had since high school!!! And he is kind and helpful as well. I don’t like the long waits but endure them because of their incredible skills. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Did have a bad experience with one other doctor but won’t see her again! She was rude and talked down to me. No need for that. My husband has no problem with her so maybe she just didn’t like me!

Wait time was minimal, staff was very respectful, initial interview of personal eye problem was immediately after being placed in an exam room, private room after eyes being dilated, doctors readily available with in-house specialist for additional evaluation and recommendations and easy check-out time. Parking very close to building. My appointment and visit was a very pleasant, hassle free experience and I highly recommend this ENT group.

My only gripe is why would there be a construction dumpster across three handicap spaces when there are so few to begin with! I had to park across the street in the back of parking lot. I am on oxygen and this was a big challenge for me.

I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately greeted and signed in. When I was taken back I was told what would be done for the day. At most I waited less than fifteen minutes and was done with my appointment well ahead of schedule. I had a wonderful experience at a specialist on Monday. Everyone was pleasant.

I have no problem with the staff or the Doctor; however, the wait time is HORRENDOUS! 2 - 1/2 hours is too long to wait for an appt that is made at 9am. You are overbooking and hoarding people in and it's not a pleasant situation for the people waiting so long. You move them from one room to the another back and forth and it seems like no one is leaving and the room becomes overcrowded. When people come to the Dr., they don't expect to spend the day in the office waiting to see the Dr. And, there is no update on when we will be seen while we sit and wait (I think his would alleviate some of the pain of waiting so long). I rushed to be on time and this isn't taken in consideration; however, if I'm late or miss an appt., I'm charged. Makes no sense. Try to be more sensitive to the people you are serving. Thank you.

I sure can, my appointment was at 1 PM, there was a lady sitting back there doing nothing there was one lady have another gentleman and I asked for help, and one lady replied you just going to have to wait because she is having a gentleman fill out an application, So after sitting there for 30 minutes, there was a lady walked in right after me and she got seen before me, then after she finished the man application, He was seen before me, then when I came to the window at 1:40 PM I told them to cancel my appointment and make it for the Riverdale office. After that they tried to get me to buy some glasses no and I was only on Medicaid and can afford it, so then I went back in the waiting area, waiting for the gentleman to push me downstairs because I was in a stroller, he never came out, so lady help me that was coming out the eye doctor to the elevator. I never want to go back over there. I Was saying there that day, but I was very pissed off. I went downstairs no one bothered to tell me to get glasses, no one bother to tell me to wear dark glass because the sun would hurt your eyes, My eyes was hurting, the sun blinded me, and my eyes have been swollen for two days My eyes was hurting, the sun blinded me, and my eyes have been swollen for two days now and they did nothing to help me with these problems. and they did nothing to help me with these problems.

That was very kind and their professional work their work the only problem that I have they give me appointment at 8:30 I don’t only daughter 830 and I got there at 8 o’clock not knowing they don’t open the door to 830.

This was a thorough examination, as has been my experience. A new staff person seemed to be concerned during the beginning of my examination with my eye doctor, and this concerned me somewhat, as I had confidential medical information to report to my eye doctor.

Every thing went well. I wish the people who make the appointments would let the patients know ahead that there may be a charge for the once a yr. Test that is performed at the office. I was not prepared financially for this cost when I came in for my appointment. Other than that the services provided where great.

The Eye Specialist of Georgia are great. I had surgery on my left eye 5 years ago and another surgery on my right eye last month.
