I used the app for scheduling my appointment. When I arrived my name was not in the schedule. The staff tried to locate my info. After a period of time, they told me the doctor would still see me. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The internet was down so after picking out my frames, I was unable to pay, because my coverage couldn’t be pulled up. I did receive a call a few hours later (as promised) with my out of pocket amount.

What you do well is get your patients in and out. I rarely have to wait more than the 10 minutes. Staff is considerate.
