The whole experience was very professional but also relaxed. The answered all my questions with a very friendly atmosphere. Best optometry appt I've ever had. And this was a referral from the V.A. Also the Dr. Explained all the differences from contacts to bifocal to straight prescription glasses. And also showed and explained all the different pics of my eyes. To make sure I was completely informed. Same with technician. From moment I entered door until I left I felt completely comfortable and at ease.

The receptionist was very kind and remembered me from last time. She even remembered I was headed to another appointment right after, kept my time in mind as we wrapped up with payment. All the staff were warm and pleasant. Dr. Rappa is great, I always enjoy seeing her.

Everyone was great! Fit me in without an appointment. The young man helped me select pretty, affordable frames. He did a particularly good job. Can't wait for my new glasses.

It took 2 months to get an appointment I usually book just a couple of weeks ahead of time. And while I respect others’ decision to wear a mask, it seems a little over the top to make my husband wear one in the waiting room.

I was extremely pleased with the tech that ran some tests with me before meeting with the optometrist Linda Rappa. Linda was so down to earth and explained new ideas she was so refreshing to meet with. You are lucky to have such a beautiful person representing your office. The negative is trying to contact the office to order one pair of glasses has been horrible. I have called three times today, the last time I was on hold for over 25 minutes with no one answering the call

Palmer assisted me choosing a frame and developing my lenses. He gave helpful hints on picking the frame. I determined how I wanted my lenses based on Palmer's explanation of what was available. Cost was more than I've ever paid but really looking forward to picking up my new glasses.

Hello, I just want to thank Marie so much for her help. For some reason my new lenses went to the Folsom office but my Husband and I always come to your Citrus Heights office. Marie called the Folsom office and was able to get my lenses delivered to the Citrus Heights Office. She told me she would call me as soon as they came in. The next day, Marie called to let me know they arrived. She told me what time to come in. I hardly had to wait at all. Marie was very professional, courteous & friendly. Marie did a great job. The doctor was very thorough with my eye examination. I learned more about what was causing the blurry vision in my right eye and what I needed to correct it long term. In the interim, I have a new prescription for now which will support my vision.

Matt, the optician, was great. I've had optometrists since I was six years old. Dr. Lee at TSO was that first one, and my favorite. Dr. Randy replaced him as favorite, in 2009. Eyecenter Optometric is the only checkup I ever look forward to.
