I would highly recommend the eye center optometric in Rocklin. All staff was very accommodating and very knowledgeable on helping me. I had a very enjoyable visit and again I would say this is a place to go

Absolutely the best eyewear selection experience I’ve ever had! Ever. From the friendly greeting the minute we walked through the door, to selecting frames from their abundant options, to the final frame purchase transaction, every step was professional, informative, honest, and friendly. Matt was absolutely superior in helping me decide which frame was best for my face. He was both patient and efficient and offered helpful comments that guided me to the right choice. Just the absolute best!

Every time I have ordered glasses through Eye Center I do not receive all that is included in that order. Mainly when I order Oakley glasses. If I were to order anywhere else I receive the Oakley case and any spare parts like extra arms, O logos, the Oakley case etc. Most recently I received a cheap case that is not an Oakley case and no spare parts.

Dr Brenda is awesome same with her husband Dr John., they take time to talk and educate their patient even though it was a busy day… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kevin was great too seems a little bit speedy but still able to do the job and explain well. Front desk did a little bit mistake on the charges but they were able to refund it! Great Team!

The EYE CENTER OPTOMETRIC is awesome. I have been going here for at 20+ years. The doctors ( mine is Dr. Gotten) and the staff are super friendly and efficient. I will continue going there as long as I need glasses.

I was certainly happy with the examination with Dr. Brenda Coen. I was also impressed with the fitting and the prescription. However, I was told that I would be called when my glasses arrived. That did not happen. I called one month after my initial appointment and was told that they had arrived 12 days earlier. I was certainly disappointed in the lack of notifying me when they arrived. I hope that that does not happen again.

Great people I had a lot of problems getting communication to the Kaiser doctors but they took care of it. Thank you for being so patent with me again thank you Matt!

Plus when the first person could not locate my insurance info a few different people jumped through hoops to get that resolved so that my insurance could pay their share. Overall 5 stars from my mother and I both!

I love your office and staff and get great care but I don’t like the extra charges ($60)for fitting of contacts when nothing has changed and the $39 for not having eyes dilated when it seems like in 2022 should be the standard of care.

My visit was to replace faulty lenses that didn't change at the same time, one lense remained very dark for a long time. I was unable to wear my glasses for several weeks so I'm not sure why but now after wearing my older glasses i fell like I'm crosseyed in my new lenses. If it doesn't go away I'll be calling back to see what's wrong. It might just be that i have to get used to my glasses again but I'm not sure.

The receptionist I spoke with on Tuesday 1/4 to book the appt was attentive and caring. The front desk experience today 1/5 was great too! The gal at the counter with long black hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was great with me and another guest that was leaving when I arrived. Kayla who took me to the room was kind, detailed, and thorough! And then there was the dr….what a great human! I nearly fainted in the exam and he was gracious and patient with me. The gal with him (sorry don’t remember her name either) was also pleasant and kind. We have been eye center customers for probably 15 yrs. I recommend you to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thank you for taking good care of me and always making the experience great!

Everything from checkin, to tech work and the Optometrist were awesome. The person that handled pymt and deciding how we wanted to use our lenses was pretty curt. Especially after we said we didn’t want to purchase frames from your establishment. I’d tathet go to Costco with my prescription. It was obvious she wasn’t happy with us. Must be the whole commission thing!
