Staff is friendly, wait time appropriate and the service is great. The consultation and recommendations were patient centered, I left knowing I received the care I needed and Dr Sanai is very professional and easy to talk to.

The overall experience was excellent, including the front office and doctor. I don’t like that I have to pay $40. I’m am a diabetic and am required to have an annual checkup that is paid in full by Medicare and Medex. Therefore, please tell me what extra is being done that costs $40, so that I can have it done or decline it accordingly. Thank you

Thank you for expert treatment in a super fast and efficient manner. One recommendation I have is with the glasses when they are fitted. The fitting/ adjusting is done before picking them up. Mine were fine when I put them on. As soon as I got home, they were sliding down my nose. Ugh.

This was my previous eye dr and upon his retirement, this organization took over. Everyone is honest and helpful and the equipment is all modern. Exams are extensive and it seems like I see better every time I leave.

My kids have been going here for a few years now but it's now under new owners. Their new eye doctor made them feel very comfortable. He was very detailed in his explanation through the whole process to keep us all very much involved. Very pleased with how the appointment well.

Both my wife and I had appointments at the same time and our tests, etc were done simultaneously which was ok for us and was quite efficient . Dr. Feucht was thorough and explained what the results were for each test. Unfortunately, both of us needed new lenses (which we somewhat expected) and we had to leave our current glasses to be shipped out and hoping for a fast turn-around ( est 1 week ?). Satisfied overall.

Meet and enjoy the new doctor. The staff is enjoyable to work with. I'm disappointed when I scheduled the apt and asked for it to be after my 1 yr check up so insurance would cover the apt and glasses if I needed them and didnt find out until I got there that I had gone too early. The staff is intelligent and Im sure they will improve.
