Convenient location with expedited appointments

The people there are always really nice and polite and never disappoint. I'm satisfied with the service, but my only complaint is that they don't accept MassHealth so I always have to pay out of pocket for everything. My last visit cost around $400 for eye exam plus contacts etc. I can't understand why they don't accept my insurance but I do realize the health insurance industry is a for profit business anyway.

The eye exam was very thorough and not rushed! The Optometrist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The people that assisted me with my glasses were also patient and helpful. The selection and prices are good and the location and very easy for me to get to.
