Eye exam went well and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Even got my old glasses cleaned and tightened up a bit.

It was fast and easy and everyone is friendly

The wait between taken back and the initial questions with the assistant to the actual exam with the doctor was a little too long. Other then that, the visit was pleasant everyone was nice and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and I was treated with respect and on a timely manner and all my questions were answered, and I didn't feel rushed by the eye doctor he took his time.and he was friendly. Thanks you guys👍

All of the office staff was warm and welcoming. Two technicians who helped me select my frames were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Dr. Lohr and his assistant both did a fine job too, and took time to listen and address my medical concerns. I am anxious for my new glasses to arrive.

Have to say, sad that Rocky wasn’t there. But, and this is a big But. Doc., U definitely know how to pick staff. It was kinda like a party when I got there. Everyone & I mean Everyone was appsolutly friendly. They welcomed me right away. Picking out glasses was fun. Nasombi, was wonderful. Made me very comfortable & I felt like I knew her forever. U Doc., please keep ur schedule. It works great for all of ur patients. I’m willing to work around ur schedule. For ever if need b. UR worth it!!!

Doc was friendly and thorough. Front desk was kind and greeted us with a smile! And the assistant who roomed us was so friendly and personable! It's a great experience every time! Ordering our glasses was easy too!
