You were running a little behind but everyone was friendly and apologetic and got me in as soon as possible. Took the time to talk to me and help me understand what to do while my gums are still healing and adjusting my immediate denture to help with pain.

Fantastic staff and personnel. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to use them for all of mine and my family's dental needs. In my opinion, this is the only place to go for dental in the Fargo Morehead area!

Everyone is always super friendly and professional when I come in. My dental hygienist (I can't remember her name for the life of me) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable on what flouride is for and why it is important to have it in our toothpaste or mouthwash. She didn't make me feel terrible for my less than perfect dental hygiene habits, but informed me on why they are so important, especially for as I get older and reach an age where it dental plaque starts to build up more and more.

You finally took the time to adjust my lower teeth correctly . I am very pleased this time.

The staff was amazing and understanding but the pricing was too high. As someone who has not great credit and only makes 16$ an hour, i cannot afford what I need done. It would be nice to have internal payment plan options instead of relying on credit for everything. Sadly although I wish I could continue going there as staff was amazing - I simply cannot afford it even with my insurance. Thank you for your time but I probably won't be returning.

The service was absolutely top-notch I could not have asked for more the staff chose to accommodate me and give me special consideration that it would not have expected from any service

The zircon is better than porcelain and more quality and more expensive, because it is the same color from the inside and outside, and does not contain any metal, so it is best in terms of use of the front teeth, and the side because the color does not change. Zircon keeps its transparency and gives a color closer to the natural color, so the teeth appear to be more beautiful. Zircon does not cause any unpleasant odors. Unlike zucchini, it is not desirable. Zircon does not cause color or discoloration of the gums as porcelain does.

In a word, FMD is Excellent; specifically the staff (medical & administrative) are professional, courteous and friendly; they inspire confidence.

My dentist, Brian Quamme was his usual excellent self. However , my husband and I have run into many problems with scheduling our appointments. We are often turned away and told we haven't had appointments at those dates and times. In fact my husband had been turned away for more than several months when he came to get his crowns put on his teeth this past Monday. I came in Tuesday and had a check up with Dr. Quamme. I explained the problems to him, telling him that my husband came along and that he had the card giving the correct date and time. He directed me to the manager. We talked about the problems and he assured me that they would be solved. I will write a review for you when I am assured the problems have been corrected. Otherwise I don't think you want me to share right now!

Had an enjoyable visit. The most important thing to me about my visit is that Dr. Kvamme was very willing to listen to what I was having troubles with. He made me feel like he genuinely cared!

The first visit I had was an incredibly awful experience. The person, Brooke, who took over was not really pleasant at all. She had to put some goop and a tray in my mouth and I was in a lot of pain, very nearly in tears, and she didn't say a single word. Nothing like, it'll just be amoment, I'm sorry, I know it hurts, nothing. It was obvious that I was in pain too because I was pulling away and pulling at her hand as well. So after that she wraps up with what she's doing, still not being personable at all, and she went to wipe my face of the white goop that stayed behind. I thought well that was nice of her at least. Nope, I was wrong. Upon returning to my car after interacting with at least 3 people face to face, I found that I still had some white goop on my face. I was absolutely embarrassed and drove away in tears. Had I not just pre-paid a very large sum of money for this work to be done I would NEVER, EVER go back there again, even though the actual dentist was amazing. On the second visit I found that the dentist was amazing still, yet the staff (once they bring you back), really made me uncomfortable and wish I had gone elsewhere just as they did on my first visit. I would like to note, on my first visit, the dentist originally had someone assisting him that was just as amazing as him, but I didn't see her at all the second time.

I wouldn't mind more explanation as for as what will happen during each appointment. I thought I was getting extractions and implants in a single appointment, however I just got posts for the implants and a partial denture instead with a post op appt to install the permanent implants a month from now. Which I'm fine with, I just wasn't clear on that going in.
