My ongoing visits to get adjusted by Dr. Forest have been incredibly beneficial to me over the years. When I am experiencing back pain or sciatica pain, I go to see Dr. Forest and usually with one or two adjustments I am out of pain. If I see him regularly I know that my discomfort will be diminished almost immediately. If I do not see him regularly it can take several adjustments before I am feeling better. I have been a patient of Dr. Forest’s for almost 30 years and I cannot recommended him highly enough. He has been a life saver for me over the years.
