I've been dog sitting my granddogs. The other day, one of them ate my denture. In desperation, I started calling dentist offices hoping someone could help me. No one could get me in for weeks. Knowing that it would take time to get the denture finished, I just sat and cried thinking I had to be toothless for months. I probably called 30 offices. Then I called Freedom dental. They got me in the next morning and started the impressions. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. I am so very thankful to Freedom dental and Dr. Smith and staff!

I've been going to Freedom Dental/Dr. Smith for a couple years now & have been happy with the care I've received. I love Taylor at the front desk! She is super sweet, & always really helpful if you need anything. With or without insurance, the prices are VERY good compared to other Dentists. I've never had to wait any more than about 10 min's past my app't time, but usually I'm called back right away. They are also usually pretty quick at whatever I'm having done, as well. Dr. Smith & the other Dentist I've seen there have never tried to get me to "buy" all kinds of treatments, or things I don't need- in fact, Dr. Smith has helped me try to keep my cost down as much as possible, because he knows I'm on a very tight budget. It has been VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! I 100%, fully recommend them if you're looking for a good Dentist/Dentist Office.

Smiling faces welcomed me at 6:50 am. Everything was ready and I was in the chair at exactly 7:00. The doctor told me exactly what he would do, and did it. His assistant was courteous and efficient, anticipating the doctor’s needs precisely. In less time than I would have anticipated, I was on my way. I have never, in 77 years, had such a remarkable experience at the dentist.

I was first appointment and in tremendous pain!!! the nurse and dentist were very understanding and worked together quickly and safely to get me feeling better!! They talked to me throughout the procedure letting me know what's going on, how good I was doing :) , and keeping me calm. First time there, awesome people, will go again. Thank you!

I love Dr Smith and everybody @ Freedom Dental, they have been so good to my entire family. My kids have had no trouble transitioning over from the pediatric dentist to him which, I had 1 little man I was a bit worried about. So as far as I’m concerned, he practices MAGIC not just dentistry because there was no way that my teeth could feel so great until he replaced a hacked up crown that was 27 years old and spent the time to listen to me and adjust it like the great guy that he is!! He’s the crown jewel, LOL... Dr. Smith listens to his patients and follows up with you to make sure everything is still holding up ok. You just don’t find many younger docs out there these days like him at all!

I was truly pleased. I wanted a dentist close to home, and just looked at dentists my insurance took. I had no referrals , just prayed that Freedom Dental was a good choice. And it was. Staff great, Amy great and enjoyed conversation, as much as you can with your mouth open. And Dr. Smith was perfect! Took time with me, listened and chatted and I felt comfortable with what was said. So I'll see them in 6 months.

Freedom Dental is very accommodating. They gladly accept new patients regardless of their dental background. When our daughter's pediatric dentist could not perform the 2 adult teeth extractions recommended by her orthodontist, Dr. Richard Smith and his staff (office and clinical) were happy to help us. Our daughter was calm and had an easy time with the extractions Dr. Smith performed. She will no longer see her pediatric dentist and now Dr. Smith will be her general dentist.

I recently saw Dr Smith for a dental bridge I needed repaired. I was able to easily get an early appointment, which helped a lot. Dr Smith quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what could be done, and for a fee that was fair and affordable. This was my second visit with Dr Smith and both times I felt very satisfied with my dental treatment. Dr Smith is pleasant and the office staff very nice.
