I always have a great time at this dentist. Amy is wonderful and she always explains to me exactly what my issues are and what we need to do to fix them. They are up front about costs and what insurance will and won’t cover so when it’s time to book your next appointment there’s I guessing.

My hygienist was cheerful, professional, friendly and efficient. She was informative about what I needed to do.

Very friendly and helpful staff, stayed late to clean my teeth. The appointment took a couple hours, but it had also been a couple years since I had been int the dentist, so a longer appointment time should be expected. I highly recommend!

Even though it was very busy when I was there and you were late to my appointment everything was handled professionally and I got an extra service squeezed in.

Hygienist who was assisting Doctor was obviously new. She walked away several times from station and would open cabinets around station and I didn't see her change her gloves once. Should be mandatory that gloves are changed when walking away from station just to give patients peace of mind.

Courteous, thorough, timely...I enjoy the level of customer service I always get. My hygienist is very personable and spends extra time dealing with my tea-stained teeth. I've been a patient since I moved here in 2011 and love it!

After a previous terrible experience in your office some years ago (long painful ordeal w a crown) that made me go elsewhere, i returned w my daughter because you took our insurance. Soon after though, you stopped taking the insurance. I stayed because the office was willing to extend payment over time. (That has been replaced by Care Credit which is helpful, but not if I can't pay my monthly total. We'll see. ) Things seem to have changed in the practice for the better. I have always liked Dr Harvey as a person, and her new associate, Dr Kofler (who has worked w my daughter) seems to be a positive addition. As well as Kim who cleaned my teeth and (I'm so sorry I didnt get the name of the person who made my temp crown ) good, too. The office feels busy, cheerful and friendly. (If, in the past, a little 'revolving-door-ish in terms of hygenists and other providers. ) Although, I want to be thorough, I'm not convinced that I need all the work that is in my care plan, especially not urgently. My suggestions for improvement would be to align each patients treatment plan more closely with individual economic means, with oral health and with their personal goals for their teeth. Thanks

Your clinic is very very Professional on every damn level and I am, was astounded by the honesty of care being a reality. I felt I could relax and let go from the half moment of my initial appt, Xrays to first treatment. Your Xray tech is the first line and she made me feel as if I was welcomed, and not a boring burden to a lack luster task. Your Hygienist was very relaxed with a workpersons zeal for gently tackling soft tissues and tender psyche. The Dr. Rocked. I can't wait to return, really it is true, so I can attain dental fitness to match the mind, body e.g. soul. You guys made me cry, zero pain, but real honest care with needed help. This crying stuff isn't that kewl, but I'm glad you made it happen. Are we done?

On time appointment, friendly front desk and hygienist!

Experience was good. However, I wonder why I was not offered a fluoride treatment like I normally am, since I have recession in my gums (this did not occur to me until I after I had left the office). The hygienist expressed concern over the amount of recession and said the dentist might refer me to a periodontist, but the dentist seemed ambivalent about it. I'm not sure if this a "wait and see" response or what.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. As enjoyable as getting your teeth cleaned can be.

Dr. Harvey fit me in her lunch break since new information came in about my insurance that I was still covered for another week. She was using both hands to do both her assistant's job (while she took a lunch break) and her own job. I was very grateful and impressed! I have been a patient for six years and couldn't be happier with my care (cleanings and the unfortunate fillings). The staff are always friendly and communicative and Dr. Harvey is wonderful. No pressure and willing to talk through any concerns or elective procedures.

Older patient changing dentist due to move. Would have benefitted from more explanation of the visit process and procedures before hygienist started working. The dentists I've seen in past always started the patient process then switched to hygienist for cleaning so I was caught off guard. The hygienist, Sara, did an amazing job on my teeth. The dentist did a good job explaining options in the end.

I love your clinic, but had scheduling issues again. My dental hygienist made an appointment for me for 5:15pm. The appointment reminder emailed to me around Oct 20th said my appt would be at 5:15 as expected. The Sunday before my appt I got another emailed reminder but this one said the appt would be at 5pm, not 5:15. And the receptionist called me around 5:11 as I was driving to the appt to ask if I was on my way for the 5pm appt. it's all very confusing. My next appt is at 5:15 again...for the record.

An awesome experience from the moment I entered the office. Organized, cordial and no pushing of services. Again, a fantastic visit.

Everything went smoothly!

Just a heads up that I got a reminder email for my Appt. that had a different time than my txt confirmation that came thru. The text was correct but the email was for 45min later.

The removal of the temporary crown went well. The new crown was fitted efficiently with no discomfort. I appreciated the way both professionals let me know what to expect with each step.

The service improves almost every time I need dental care. The last crown I had done was nearly a perfect fit and only needed slight adjustment for flossing. Five stars out of five.

I Didn't feel a thing after.

Love Dr. Khajavi-Harvey. The hygienist Amy did a good job. Just feedback on Amy's interaction with the MA - she asked her to help on a procedure she had never done before and the interaction between the MA and Amy was not as smooth as it could have been. MA kept saying, I haven't done this before... Better to keep that to herself and have a huddle beforehand rather than on the fly. As a result of her lack of familiarity, the patient was gagged a bit and had discomfort during the procedure (nothing major).

I personally gave new DH (Sarah) the Allstate Award--good hands.
