overall great experience but I had a sub in eye doc for my exam and she changed my prescription significantly without telling me all the changes before my prescription was sent to me. Like base curve was changed without me knowing and Im used to the base curve I had for the past 10+ years. Communication with historical data in mind would help tremendously.

I was impressed with the selection of glasses and the customer service. I didn’t have my insurance card on me, but the sale’s assistant took the time to look it up in the computer for me.

Constantin is very knowledgeable about eyewear. Based on how often I would use my glasses, he made recommendations to find right type of lenses for me. Constantin is also very courteous as well as professional. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, he was already helping another client and was honest about the amount of time I would have to wait. While I was waiting, another employee, a friendly young woman, let me try on my glasses and wear them around the store so I could figure out if I needed any adjustments. Constantin was extremely patient while adjusting my frames. He made sure they fit properly and I didn’t feel rushed through the process.
