I appreciate your seeing me within hours of my call with a toothache. Doctor Hur and Jenn were very careful to check on my readiness for the procedure and gave me clear directions for when I got home. It can be difficult to find dentists who will use nitrous oxide gas. Without it, getting the anesthetic needles would be nearly impossible for me. It is less than 24 hours since the back tooth was pulled but I am healing well and in slight pain, manageable by Tylenol and Advil. Thank you for your expertise, kindness and sensitive care.

In my 28 years of living I've never had a cavity let alone needed a filling (or three), and the most extensive dental work I've ever gotten was getting my wisdom teeth removed, but after going years without seeing a dentist I was bound to have not so perfect teeth anymore. Last week I received 3 fillings, and as nervous as I was of the unknown the entire process wasnt that bad thanks to the team at Gentle Dental in Biddeford. I had a different nurse working with the dentist than I usually see, but she was so nice and kept telling me what they were doing next especially if it involved a little pulling, tension, pain,etc...

Your facility is spectacular! And from the first greeting through the thorough evaluation by Elizabeth (plus follow up by Dr Henry), I could not have been more pleased.

I love coming here. Everyone is great. I look forward to seeing my hygienist she’s awesome:)

Great experience having cavity work repaired! Never felt any pain, never had any bad taste or things in my mouth to gargle out. Getting a partial plate made and that to was very easy and stress free! Highly recommend. Fillings came out very nice looking as well! Very professional and talented!

Attention Management, My Hygienist is very professional who listens to her clients. She is friendly and she has very good report with people a priceless skill. As a family look for this at any practice we’re we have work or cleaning done. My daughter and I have the same guidelines for any dental office. She won us both over, when you have someone line her she should be screening other hygienist hidings. Carpenter do not make for very good crane operators, the cross over is just too critical. That is the comparison you must have in place when doing the proper oral services. I go in and she is very relaxed and very welcoming. To have her put her client in a reassuring mindset is pivotal as they show up. On the other hand. I had one exam done by your steel worker and that’s my limit. Never give your clients the opportunity to experience that discount of their hygienist, then follow it up with scattered performance. The unpredictable shut up and step aside from the dent- missed, I was absolutely lost by that behavior. I was not recruited I called your practice myself. Originally, I was not coming back until the family had a discussion on their visits. I got home after my first visit, immediately I ask my wife for feedback. Without telling her how my visit went, she told me what I was about to relay to her of my visit. Point same rude and abrasive uncomfortable feeling after the cleaning x 3. Richard Harrison

5 stars to my hygienist. 3 to the organization overall. The turnover of dentists and a few bad experiences with past dentists and finance keeps me from giving more stars to the overall. I hope this stables with the new set of ownership. At this time I could not recommend your practice to family and friends. Just too many problem issues since purchasing the practice from Dr. Verrier's practice. I would have recommended he and Mary to anyone.

I started coming here a year and a half ago. The secretary was not of entering class. The doctors and hygienists kept changing. You now have an enjoyable happy environment upon entering I see happy faces and politeness goes a long way. The docto and hygienist have been with me for a couple visits now and they keep me from being nervous. I had not gone to a dentist in 23 years and wish I had them sooner. Thank you. The billing cycle seems to take forever with 2 insurances though.

My latest appointment for a cleaning and consult about further dental work went smoothly. Dr. La explained my options for replacing two adjacent upper molars and Angela later illustrating the choices using models of a permanent bridge (three crowns) versus a removable plate. Stephanie at the main desk was very helpful in comparing costs for these upcoming procedures.

Friendly, professional services were deliver. Explanation of all procedures was freely given. The cost of the procedure appears to be greatly under-estimated. I would appreciate a more accurate estimate, so I could have made a better informed decision. It is possible that the difference between the estimate and the actual out of pocket expense for me is between $350 - $400. Time will tell.

Making appointments is as ways a pleasant experience, hygienist always pleasant and my teeth are clean and don't hurt afterwards, dentists takes her time when injecting novacaine so doesn't hurt as well as always checking to make sure your comfortable.

Excellent care that is as their name says "gentle." Up to date equipment and very knowledgable staff that helps you make good decisions on the care of your teeth. A pleasant place to visit....which many usually can't say about a dentist office.

Wednesday's extraction (8/23) of tooth # 4 was long and complicated, though I knew it would be -- there was so little of it below the gum line for Dr. La to latch onto. However, the topical anesthetic was effective and there was no discomfort. Dr. La and her assistant were pleasant and solicitous, and were very specific about (a) m y part in caring for the sutured socket, and (b) what work lies ahead in progressing toward creating a two-tooth removable bridge. All told, a difficult extraction made as pleasant as possilbe!
