so friendly and fast. I was happy to talk to everyone there. the front desk person helped me know how to handle getting things paid.

Front office staff, hygienist and Dentist were welcoming , polite and professional. Great full mouth assessment as well and future recommendations. I will definitely be back.

Every time I go, everyone is very pleasant! They are very conscious on how your doing when examining or cleaning. Going to the dentist used to be a stressful thing for me but not anymore.

I got a crown done and am a big dentist sissy! The dentist was very understanding and gentle. Through it all no major pain. My crown is a good fit and I am very pleased with the dental work. Staff are professional and courteous. The only set back was my insurance approval was not followed up before the appointment so I would check on that before showing up; however it was followed up and approved by completion of the final appointment.

I felt confident my issues would get resolved and you were very attentive to check in frequently during the 2 hour procedure. Thank you

Overall a great visit! However, I did check the NO box for the mouth cancer screening. I realize that money didn’t come out of my pocket-my insurance paid for it, however; I checked NO and that money does come out of the overall allotment of funds available to me. Making my out of pocket more costly.

So my daughter is 2years old and is deaf. When we schedule an appointment with Gentle Dental they hired an interpreter for my 2 year old. Let me say this was the easiest appointment I have experience my daughter knew exactly what the dentist was going to do to her and she did not cry once. Thank you Gentle Dental for making this experience fun and a moment to teach others that communication is the key no matter what age they are. I would recommended you to all friends and family.

I was able to get in the following day after calling in about a pain I was having on my mouth. Got a prescription and referral to see an endodontist.

I avoided dental work for for a very long time....until I found you folks. Finally a dental group that understands how to work with a dental phobia! I am now getting things taken care of that I had neglected and going for regular cleanings after many years of not doing so. I referred a friend to you within hours after my appt. yesterday. And Laura Grondin is absolutely terrific!

I am petrified of the dentist I went there other day, and had 3 teeth filled. Never gave me anything. I thought I would try it away awake this time, and I was just fine. They live up to their name Gentle Dential. I will definitely be going back.

Staff is always organized and professional. Hygienist was gentle, efficient and did excellent work. Office is high tech and there are added conveniences to the patients as a result of these tools and worflows. I would be faster to respond to confirmation calls while multitasking at work if there were an option to confirm my appt via text! I am often in meetings or conference calls during the day and can be more responsive through a text mechanism. I realize there may be other reasons that this could be challenging to implement/manage risks related to 2way communication- just a thought! Thank you.

I was experiencing wisdom tooth pain and was able to be seen within 24 hours of seeking my appt. The staff was very professional and quick to take care of the problem. I am 72 hours out of wisdom tooth removal , although painful the next day, I am feel much better today😊. Thank you

In my opinion, I messed up by forgetting I needed to take a premed before getting my teeth cleaned, but everyone was so nice to me, and we just rescheduled the apt. I like this dentist

I have a pretty serious dental phobia so it has been monumental for me to be going to the dentist as needed since finding Gentle Dental. I credit Laura (hygienist) for keeping me coming back. She works WITH my phobia, offering information, patience and kindness. It’s made a huge difference in me being able to get some work done regularly for the first time in years.

Never a long wait and employees are very nice. I also think the current dentist is very personable.

•Sorry for this delayed response - my time has not been my own these last few days - 😱 •I was very pleased with my visit to Gentle Dental on Monday, 10/29. A crown fell off late Friday night. What to do? My husband and I recently moved to ME and had yet to establish ourselves in the medical/dental community. A message left on Saturday morning was promptly answered by Dr. Kim. We arranged for me to call first thing on Monday. I did and by early afternoon on Monday, I was in the office and my crown dilemma was remediated. •I felt welcomed and comfortable while at the office and the staff was friendly and professional. My issue was quickly and correctly taken care of. •Thanks so much for the positive experience - and for seeing me as an “unknown/walk-in” patient! I’m hoping our new ME Medicare plan is in your system.

Initial visit pleasant experience my only issue is i have Humana and they pay for one visit yearly appointment was for 10/8 which was over a year and Humana would pay in full however i was called to see if i could come in a week early and i agreed to help out however there is a possibility that they may not pay. If that happens we will need to negotiate

As I'm sure Laura G. noticed, I bristled at the news that Lisa had left and that I hadn't been informed beforehand. As you may recall, you nearly lost me as a client last time I felt I was being bounced around. It's simply good customer service to inform your patients. Laura did a fine job and I will come back for next appt. But don't take my business for granted.

I must say that the staff are very friendly and like the sign says very gentle during treatment. They staff are very good at explaining what they are going to do and I Also liked they asked if I had any questions or concerns.

In spite of my being late, I was greeted in a friendly manner, which I much appreciated. As Laura took my x-rays, she explained each thing that she did, so I had no surprises. Dr. Kim was cordial, as well. My only concern is that I wasn't matched with a doctor who is in network with my insurance, and I'm not sure how that will affect my benefit. But overall, I enjoyed my visit to Gentle Dental for some much-needed dental care.

The staff at Delta Dental in Topsham are wonderful. Darcy is always pleasant and helpful. The dental hygienist was very thorough and my teeth felt sparkly clean.
