Gilliam dentistry has always went above and beyond for mine and my family’s needs. I was there on January 21 and just walked in as soon as they opened with an emergency where a temporary filling had fell out and instead of just patching it they decided to go ahead and do the post and core on that root canal instead of waiting any longer. I had a very short wait for an open chair in the back and then they got right to it and repaired it. I highly recommend them for adults and children.

Areas for improvement. 1. When a patient is scheduled, given a card for appt. Make sure patient is in the computer. 2. Remember the patient's time is as valuable as the doctor's. 3. Be sympathetic to special needs. We understand things happen but these are things to work on. Most things can be simply fixed. Thank you for using the Nitrous on him. Also for allowing us to get labs that hadn't been obtained for 7 years. Thank you for being patient centered care & allowing the family to help. Also for being open to holistic care concept. For the blanket & weight of the xray vest.

Megan was an absolute joy to have as my Hygienist! Not only did she reassure me of her competence but also made the visit relatable and personal. That means a lot to any business. My daughter's first visit to Gilliam Dentistry was outstanding. She is a shy teenager who told me the dental visit with Dr. Maxwell Gilliam was GREAT! The next visit is one (1) she is anticipating to be just as pleasant as her first. We traveled one (1) way 129 miles for her first visit to Dr. Maxwell Gilliam. I was so relieved to NOT get a message from any staff to come to the back because she was nervous; I am so thankful for this POSITIVE outcome. The hygienist (all staff went above and beyond in this successful visit) and Dr. Maxwell Gilliam set a very comforting receptive foundation with my shy teenager. We will see you in six (6) months.

One of my seven (7) grands loves to travel to visit the dentist office that gives the best chairside TLC. The visits are 129 miles one (1) way. This grand child talks about Dr. Bruce-Gilliam like she wants weekly visits because of all the TLC she gets on each visit. I am happy with all of their outcomes for each visit. The main question asked, "When do we go back?" How many children do you know, love the dentist? Dr Maxwell Gilliam has and still is the most down to earth and accommodating Dentist I know. If he is confident that he can treat your condition he will do so without a lot of referring. Dr. Gilliam was polite, professional and had an excellent manner. He explained everything and did the necessary treatment with minimal discomfort. The entire staff is wonderful and provided as great of an experience one can have at the dentist office.
