Everyone was VERY pleasant, friendly and helpful. The only thing that I had an issue /c was the Medical Assistant/nurses did not introduce themselves when bringing me back to the exam room and other treatment rooms.

Fort Worth office staff is both friendly and efficient!

Check-in was very smooth. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Personnel were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Patel answered all my questions. I feel that my eyes are protected from another occurrence of glaucoma. So I feel safe. Glaucoma Consultants is an excellent place to have your condition treated and monitored.

I would have given you 5 stars for your in office service. I reduced it to 4 when I got to this to this doctible web site. It sucks!

This is a well run glaucoma office. Doctor and staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Appreciate the compassionate bedside manner of Dr. Smythe, the effeciency of office staff, and minimum wait time. One suggestion: I had IP procedure performed. It would be nice to have your office call in prescription for eyedrops to my pharmacy such that I could pick it up on the way home, rather than having to drop off and come back.

At this office I am attended by professionals who are courteous, friendly, and courteous. The doctors take their time with me. Explain my condition, in a manner I can understand and give me time to ask questions. I was surprised by another eye specialist, who advised me to stay with this doctor when I asked him if I could transfer to be under his care, he said that this doctor was a much better specialist than him. This impressed me very much, so I took his advise.

Service and process was very good. And ... plenty of chocolate snacks and a cold Dr Pepper for the road : )

Your employees are very nice and respectful. Maybe for more senior patients they could raise their volume and slow down their rate of speech. That would help with understanding what is being said.

I am very please with the doctors and the staff. They are very professional, polite and kind. They get you right in and out, even with the different procedures you are not in the office two hours I like being able to get in receive professional treatment and get out.

Everyone was excellent. The only problem is the crowding that occurred in the interior waiting room. Very uncomfortable, especially having a sneezing nose wiping person sit next to me and no where to go to remove myself from her. For me it was somewhat tolerable but I would be extremely unhappy if I brought a cold or the flu home because my wife has sever breathing problems and the very last thing she needs is my giving her a cold or the flu. Last time she had such a problem it was a 911 call to get the ambulance to take her to the emergency room.

I never feel as if I am being rushed through my visit: you always take the time to listen and answer questions. When you are behind in your appointments, I assume it is because you were treating your previous patients with the same courtesy and concern as you treat me, and that can be hard for you to plan for. Your office is well managed and runs smoothly. I also respect the knowledge and experience you offer. I trust you with my eyesight, so I obviously have the highest respect for you.

I have had a good experience overall with the medical care. Just 2 points I would like to mention: 1) Waiting time outside is very long most of the time. There was one day I was called in 1 hour after my scheduled time. 2) Getting an appointment at a short notice (even for urgent matters) is quite difficult. I know that the technicians try their best to get you in, but still. Other factors all good.

I arrived 30 min early and was worked in quickly so I didn’t have to wait so long.

Thanks for getting me in when i showed up a week early. You may consider moving your reminder call to a day or two before the appointments instead of 8 days, as that is what most other doctors, etc. do.

I don’t feel I was completely informed of how to take this test at the beginning. I like the support staff and the Doctors, but I dread the wait everytime I have to go, which is about once every couple of months. Getting in and out in less than two hours is a rarity and not because I'm going through some tests, just sitting in one of the two waiting rooms.
