It's always a good visit at Dr. Graff's office! My hygienist made me aware that my current gum sensitivity was probably due to mouth breathing at night and the dry winter air, and gave me numbing gel, but that being said I also feel like she was a little rougher or less careful around the gum line than other hygienists I've worked with in the office. Super nice lady! Just maybe a little rough with the scraping. A cleaning has never hurt in those ways before so I'm hesitant to blame it ONLY on my dry air/mouth breathing, but also I didn't go to school for dentistry so I could be wrong. She did give me excellent flossing tips and was really kind to offer the numbing.

I usually do not answer these medical surveys but this was an emergency situation. I really appreciated getting in so quickly! Three antibiotics later and the pain has subsided a bit! Keeping fingers crossed it goes away altogether.

The specialist to whom you referred me does not accept my insurance.

Of note, called Dr Orlin for root canal and relayed it was #12 as advised. She indicated already had done root canal and gum procedure as well on two teeth. Meanwhile pain gone away, some sensitivity on other side, go figure. Should have done X-ray I guess. Feels like maybe gum infected. Rinsing with salt water seems to help.

The moment I met with Dr. Graff and his assistant they made me feel less anxious, nervous and scared of getting needles stuck in my mouth to handle my cavity. I was able to both relax and trust that I was in GREAT hands after speaking with Dr. Graff. Thank you for treating me like a VIP and allowing me to feel better about returning to get my teeth cleaned in the future. Best Appointment Ever!!!

First appointment with Megan and she was great. As usual patient care was the priority and she had a great touch and made me feel at ease. Quickly debunked the ridiculous claims of the other dentist with and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. Dr. Graff and his office are awesome! I have gone to Dr. Graff since I was little and wouldn’t recommend any other dentist. Two years ago I moved 500 miles away to NC and did see a dentist in NC but it wasn’t the same. I now make my appointments for routine cleanings whenever I am back in town . I don’t trust anyone else with my dental care.
