My experience at Grand Ave Dental was everything I expected it to be. Having been under Dr. Ross's care in the past there was no doubt in my mind I was going to get great care. Robbin was great!! Was disappointed that I wasn't notified that there would be a doctor to fill in that week. When I made the original appointment I wanted to get started on my crown but dr Ross was hunting. As you know, it is difficult to get to billings during the week for me.

Had some symptoms and was diagnosed as needing extraction of a tooth that had been sort of a problem since it cracked years ago. Now there was infection. The procedure was quick, professional, and painless. No complications so far. Everybody very pleasant. Can't ask for much more than that. I was asked if I wanted the crown that was on the tooth, and I said yes, out of curiosity. I forgot to ask as I was leaving, and the staff must have forgotten too. Not a big deal.

I went in since I’d been having pain in my teeth for 4-5 days of high intensity pain. The staff were awesome as always and ran some tests, and then Dr. Nathan Tanner ran some. By simply doing a cold air test he was able to indicate a root canal, plus a crown was critical. It was unwelcoming information, I was happy he’d found the source of pain. Thanks once again!

A warm blanket and cheerful people help with my dentist anxiety syndrome. The hygienist is a dear and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr Tanner warned me that I had a couple of teeth that were going to need some extensive work . But by his office staff giving me an estimate of cost I can plan for it.

The preparation for another crown could not have proceeded more smoothly: friendly greetings by staff, a warm lavender infused blanket, relative comfort of local anesthetic, explanations by Dr. Tanner throughout the process, a warm facial cloth when finished, directions for care of the temporary crown, assurance of being able to reach help should there be any problem. Dr. Tanner and his team receive my highest recommendation for attention to details of personalized care.

Gigi is 4 and absolutely loved Chelsie. She is also a big fan of Doctor Tanner and Says he is the “best dentist ever!” Thank you for making the dentist a positive experience for her because she will be more likely to take care of her dental health all her life because of her positive experiences as a young child.

Everything went super well. My only suggestion is to have a BP cuff that doesn't constrict as much. I suspect my pressure was higher than my norm because of how the cuff hurts when inflated.

Going to the dentist is never a fun thing for me to do. But my time with G A D is always worth it. The professionalism is in the people who are employed there. They are the best in every way. So, thanks to Chelsea, and others of Dr Tanner's staff.

Emergency visit. Tooth ache! Dr Tanner’s staff worked me in to their already busy schedule. I received a thorough exam by a cheerful staff member. Luckily the tooth was fine- I have a sinus infection. Dr Tanner gave me a prescription and I was on my way. No charge for the X-ray as I am on their yearly plan.

My experience is always wonderful. Dr. Tanner and staff are always welcoming and smiling. The warm blanket is great! My thanks for the great team at Grand Ave Dental.

Little guys this is Marilyn Haney and I saw you guys on Thursday Debbie was terrific she got me in the same day she was a really good listener along with the dentist that I saw Tanner and Angel was terrific as well I appreciate dr. Tanner thinking outside the box and listening to what exactly I wanted in the office and not what they suggested Dentures will come later right now I was concerned about my smile and when you're on a budget you need to evaluate all the decisions the only thing I'm concerned about is the doctor trailer was carrying on about how infected my teeth were and tell loose they were and I thought I was in my best interest to probably get antibiotics and I gave them the name of the pharmacy but as of yesterday afternoon and I did phone him yesterday morning regarding my concerns and it still isn't there?? Other than that I think you guys have a great team and I would recommend you personally I
