Dr. Jack Yu is very professional and I can tell he is very dedicated and serious about his work. This is my second time I went to him for root canal of my another tooth because I trust him from his last painless root canal treatment and felt comfortable in an environment so clean and professional. His staff was very kind and helpful. This time, I again experienced a similar overall painless treatment. He worked hard! He even discovered the nerve of my next tooth was also injuried that may have caused by an accident. So observing in details and honest he is. Nevertheless, I could have used my own dentist for treatment but I felt he is a highly qualified specialist to perform root canal and his price is very reasonable and comparable to regular dentists. Due to my recent unemployment and also my ministry or charity work for the poor and the homeless, he even offered me a good discount. What a compassionate doctor he is! I would strongly recommend him if you have a need for root canal! I rated him 5 stars on Google last time with a good comment but I do not know why I am not allowed to rate him again. May God continuously bless Dr. Yu and his staff and bring them success in everything they do I pray!!!

What is normally something we dread, a root canal, Dr Yu’s team made it “not so bad”! His assistant, Marissa, was the most helpful assistant I’ve ever had. She explained and walked me through each step and prepared me for the shots and what to expect, which made it “not so bad”!

The staff is very welcoming ! Maritza is very conscious of what was about my procedure and on point ! Dr Yu is very good at what he does ! I was in alot of pain and left with no pain and ready for my crowns with my dentist who referred me to grandview endodontist. Thanks to all ,great service !

Service was super quick and everyone was very friendly. I was super nervous and the nerves went away when I didn’t feel any pain. I am very happy with grandview and will keep this as my regular place for endodontics.

I thought the DDS and staff were great. My only comment would be that presenting the financials while the patient is in the chair is a little uncomfortable. I say this mainly because I have managed dental grievances for over 20 years and that is a common complaint.

Dr. Yu is excellent. My root canal treatment did not hurt one bit. The anesthetic he used, other than novocaine, made me feel nothing. Unlike previous root canals I suffered thru this was amazing. Dr. Yu’s office is very beautiful, modern, well equipped. The personnel are very polite, welcoming and make you feel at home.

Dental Assistant helped make me comfortable and explained process thoughtfully and thoroughly. Payment was easy, and cost was explained upfront without hassle and added up charges. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking root canal treatments. Best of all, the pain and numbness after my treatment was minimal. This is a very professional and friendly office. My dentist referred me to Dr. Yu to have a root canal redone (this was the 3rd time on the same tooth). The biggest fear I had was that my tooth could not be saved. Dr. Yu was able to save my tooth & the procedure was less stressful than the previous root canals I have had. I was completely numbed and the assistant (Marisol) provided a narration that was soothing and kept my anxiety at bay. I would highly recommend Dr. Yu and his office for anyone needing this type of dental work done.
